On retirement and communication
On retirement, they removed my listing very quickly. I was also left with false negative feedback from someone I had never worked for. Cylex dealt with the matter quickly and removed the negative feedback. Well done it's great to communicate with Cylex and get things done fast and efficiently.

Removing Listings on Retirement
I had various business listings that came up in Google Searches which I needed to have deleted as I am closing my business and retiring. I received a very prompt acknowledgement of my request, followed by formal confirmation that all listings had been removed as I had requested. Excellent and courteous customer service.

Having browsed my husband's name I discovered his company details were still out there despite having ceased business many years ago. I got in touch with Cyclex and very quickly they did essential checks and agreed the company was no longer trading. I am very pleased that the correct information is now evident on the Cyclex site and that I have been warned that other sites may still have the out of date details. Great Customer Service
Excellent response. Emailed to advise that my address was not current for a business that someone had used and in less than 24 hours, I had a polite email advising it had been removed. So refreshing that their customer service were efficient and understanding.

We have millions of listings which we try to keep up to date, but as you can imagine is not always so easy.
This is why we encourage everyone to manage their own listing.
Our services are free and we try to offer support (by email, social media, etc.) to all of our customers. On each page, at the bottom, we have an ‘About us’ part and all our social media pages. If you click on either of them, we always answer all the requests.
Also, all the listings can be claimed anytime by using the "Claim this business" button or if you don't own the business, we have a "Report incorrect data" button as well, on the company profile.
Our goal is to help business owners promote their products and services, connect with other businesses and most importantly stay in touch with their customers.

I am on a quest to make sure my information online is accurate and only shows what I need to be shown. I found that Cyclex had my old address online and other information wasn't accurate. I sent them an email to remove the profile and their response and support was second to none. No questions asked, no sales script, just got the job done super quickly! Very helpful prompt service
I looked up a local shop on Cylex because I wanted to phone them. The phone number provided was unrecognised, though, so I informed Cylex using the box on their site where you can report incorrect information. There was also a space to review the shop but I got distracted while doing it and gave it a 2 star review by mistake when I meant to give 5 stars . I emailed Cylex and asked them to remove the 2 star review and they replied next day with a pleasant email saying they had done it.

Quick to correct data
My experience wasn't so much as a user of Cylex (though I've used them to find places in the past with success) but as a slightly disgruntled receiver of unwanted phone calls due to my home phone number being erroneously listed against a company on Cylex. This wasn't down to them, it was the person who created the listing but they were exceptionally helpful when I contacted them and promptly removed my phone number.
This would suggest they are keen to make sure the details held on their website are up to date and accurate which is great!
Many thanks to Cylex for sorting it out so fast.
