Excellent service from MGK Consultant!

Fraudulently acted as our energy…

Fraudulently phoned up acted as our energy supplier and tried to get us to sign a new contract. When called out have voided the document in the email so we can no longer see it or have as evidence.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take any complaint of this nature extremely seriously, particularly where someone may have represented themselves as being connected with our company or acted inappropriately on our behalf.

We work with a number of agents on a freelance basis, so we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to investigate this matter properly and identify the individual involved.

Could you please send any details you have regarding this incident to admin@mgkbiz.co.uk, including the agent's name, telephone number, email address, date/time of the call, company or business name they used, and any copies or screenshots of correspondence you received?

If you still have the original email or any information showing that a document was sent and subsequently withdrawn or voided, please include that as well.

We are sorry to hear about your experience and would like to investigate this fully. We would never want a customer to feel that an agent has misrepresented themselves as their existing energy supplier or acted without transparency.

Once we receive the details, our admin team will review the matter and take the appropriate action with the agent concerned.
