Compass Vehicle Services Ltd Arvostelua

Very supportive team especially during such difficult times.

What a service.. with a smile and delivered right to my front door. I was actually blown away by the personal touches and how fast I received my car. A massive thank you to Graham Who dealt with me from start to finish!

The service was extremely couteous and personally handled, straight forward with no automation. You dealt with named people, an CVS did exactly what it claimed, without the tension of awaiting credit reports. I would be struggling without a car now without having contacted CVS. I highly recommend it.

Amazing service both during application and after, the team are so helpful and ready to help with any enquiry, I previously had been with Audi, however, CVS are leaps ahead with customer service!!.

Fantastic service and on the whole very easy to deal with, would recommend

Very very stress free and smooth from initial interest right through to delivery of the vehicle.

Top class service from start to finish. CVS sourced the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. Thank you so much!

Perfect, very helpful would highly recommend

I have just completed my 9th year with CVS I.e. 3rd car. The service provided by Graham and Ben has been second to none. The team have accommodated all my specification requests each time I have changed cars. Highly recommended.

Ben and Graham at CVS are very helpful. Whole process was very seemless and quick. Car was delivered to my door. Kept informed the whole way, customer service continues to be brilliant and both Ben and Graham are genuinely lovely people. Thank you CVS

I wouldn’t recommend.

Applied and spoke with Ben.. sent over financial information requested then never heard anything back. I can only assume I wasn’t successful however this didnt even warrant a courtesy email informing me of the decision. I did email chasing and got ignored. Due to the nature of the information people are sending over to you.. the polite thing to do is to respond.

I don’t feel the need to ring up to discuss this as I am well aware you have received the documents sent over. I then chased a few day’s after and didn’t receive a response which is just rude. I have taken the liberty to amend the review to the correct name of the application

Really fast and friendly service

The CVS team has now supplied me with three vehicles and with each transaction I have experienced their consistently smooth, professional, friendly and high-quality service. It is a refreshing pleasure to find a vehicle leasing company, or any service company, still adhering to such timeless standards. I can strongly recommend CVS.
