A seamless sale the product i wanted was on display at a good price, ordered machine and delivery
Time and date, job done. Delivery was very professional and cant say any more, well done.

Store met with our requirements and we were assisted without feeling pressurised.

We had just started to look at Microwave Ovens when we were approached by a very pleasant young lady, (the till receipt gives the name "31 Faith"). She was able to point out the features which we required on a certain model and so we concluded our purchase quite seamlessly.

Elliott was brilliant as we walked in he said to give him a shout when needed, I explained that I knew roughly what I needed and gave him my thoughts 40inch tv less than £200, he took us straight to what I needed and even walked a little slower for me due to me being on crutches he carried the tv to our car and put it in for us
From getting out of the car to getting back in the car was 15 mins

sorted my problems out even given a difficult problem well done that man.

A very helpful member of staff. Oliver was a credit to the company. Very refreshing to see a young man who is so friendly and enthusiastic about his work. I would recommend Currys to anyone .

Helpful, knowledgeable salesman who explained things clearly and carefully. 5 stars. Delivery efficient, but found the delivery man hard to understand as his diction was imprecise. Polite though. Would have appreciated a demo of how the dishwasher worked although that doesn't seem to be promised.

Explained to me that it was the product I wanted at the right price

I was replacing a microwave that I bought from Currys, which broke after 31 days. The exchange was straightforward (except they had put all the prices up, so they can lower them again for black Friday, so I couldn't get the same model and had to pay extra to get a replacement). Can't fault the staff, who were all lovely, but its shocking how normalised faulty products are (this is my third microwave in 3 months - previous one from another retailer started sparking after a few months). I would rather pay more and know that Currys set higher standards with their suppliers

The simplicity of the system. It was as simple as pick the items you want do the paperwork arrange a possible delivery then leave the store. No messing about.

Product didn't work. Disappointing child. Refund given but was last one so he doesn't have the item. Frustrating cos maybe it was just a charger issue but not investigated

We bought an American fridge/freezer delivered without any plumbing parts so had to go back to store. The Manager was not helpful at all but the gentleman behind the counter was. He arranged for the parts to be delivered 3-5 working days from Samsung. Parts received, another date scheduled for a team to come out to plumb fridge freezer to water supply. Team arrived and stated filter was missing! Contacted Samsung direct, filter ordered 3-5 working days. Filter received, another Currys team arranged to come out to plumb the appliance to water supply. Team arrived did not know how to do it! Called Currys who arranged another team to come out - finally on the 4th attempt appliance up and working! Requested compensation - resolution not reached - asked to speak with a manager - no manager called. Accepted their last offer of £60 e-gift card and was advised my complaint was closed as it had taken more than 10 days to confirm. I responded by stating that no manager had called me to discuss my complaint. My response was not received as their mailbox was full! Nowhere in all of the emails received from Curry's does it mention a 10 day limit for resolution to be reached!
Shocking treatment but not surprised when you research how many other people have similar experiences from Curry's Customer Services/complaints department! All in all it took 4 separate teams, on 4 separate dates + 2 separate dates for missing parts ordered and delivered, got to be a record eh?
