Currys - South Ruislip Arvostelua 

Went in shop for a printer stood by printers for 45 minutes went and asked someone for help they said they would send someone over they sent someone over and they seem to serve the person that was standing next to me very ignorant I ended up walking out discussing the service

I’m giving these stars specifically because of Ahmed, who was extremely helpful and polite. He answered all our questions clearly, explained the washing machine options and delivery process, and even helped us carry the washing machine to our car.
Unfortunately, before meeting Ahmed, we had a disappointing experience with another member of staff who didn’t answer our questions properly and gave us incorrect information.
Ahmed completely changed our experience and made the purchase much easier. These stars are for Ahmed and his excellent customer service.

Disappointed that the Microsoft Surface Pro 13 was not available to see in the Ruislip Store and no-one available to help. So ordered online together with Type C Charger. Delivered on time. Laptop fine, but Charger unnecessary as old one works.

Not many staff at till, only one member staff for a busy Saturday.
Then when it was my turn , member of staff was sooo rude .

Item in stock and helpful staff to assist getting it in car

Recenty, I ordered a new washing machine from Curry's. I found the online process to be quick, efficient and what I expected. Overall, I am happy with my new purchase.

Visited Curry’s in South Ruislip today ready to buy a laptop. After looking around I found 2 laptops which I was interested in and needed some help. I saw two women in curry’s uniform talking at the entrance area and requested some assistance and was advised by one of them that they will come over in a few minutes.

After waiting 10minutes I decided to ask a male customer assistant who told me that he was in a middle of helping someone so he referred me back to the two women again for assistance.

I decided to walk toward the 2 women again and one of them wave at me saying in a few minutes. I was absolutely appalled that I had to wait as they were obviously having a chit chat.

When one of the woman decided to come over after their conversation was over and I asked to speak to the manager as the customer service was appalling. She then stated that the other woman by the entrance was the manager!!! I couldn’t believe it. What an absolute joke!!

Safe to say I didn’t but my laptop at that Curry’s as my whole experience there was extremely disappointing. In fact on my way out I told the manager that the service is atrocious and I will simply be taking my business elsewhere. Safe to say I won’t be shopping at that store again. Unfortunately I forgot to take the name of the manager to report her to the regional head of service.

Purchased a laptop in store .Before the purchase i asked if they had laptop in stock they informed no but get one in two days.it took several trips to the store to find out why it was taking long after 5 days .It was disappointing response from customer care staff .

Not enough staff on site!
I had to go away and come back that it took so long. On my return the item was at the front of the store, advised by staff at the checkout to wait for an assistant to come and help load, I loaded it in my car myself and returned the trolley... still no store assistant!

I ordered a robot hoover online for delivery in store and was told it would arrive by Friday at 5pm. No email so phoned Currys and was told it was in transport to shop. Went to store at 7pm and they stated it was not at the shop and to await email. Saturday I again phoned as no email received and was told it would be reordered to arrive the following Friday.bvery poor.
