Currys - Preston Deepdale Arvostelua 

I just want to say Sandra from the Preston store is a credit to your company. The help from this lady was 10/10. Also Ben was amazing. I still haven’t got my money back from the Blackpool store!!!!!! (£270). I can not speak highly enough of Sandra and Ben. Wish they worked in Blackpool. But from now on I will drive 35 mins out my way and only use Preston.

A great shopping experience, approached quickly by the Assistant, Sandra, who I think could see I was struggling to find the item I was looking for, friendly and efficient advice and service, made shopping for the item a breeze.

I liked how quickly they brought my phone but the cashier couldn't sell the sim card or voucher, they told me they needed a manager, unfortunately I didn't have time to wait so had to go to another shop to purchase them

We were shown where the product we wanted was located. We weren’t pestered or given time to browse and a pleasant assistant was on hand to help when we had chosen. He was actually new to the job but was well schooled in his knowledge and very helpful. We made the purchase and was helped to load the dishwasher into our van. Well done Currys. Ordered online , collection within the hour, really straight forward and zero hassle . Just what I needed!

The only gripe is that when looking for a specific TV online , all the discontinued ones come up too, which doesn't help when filtering your selection down.

Dave and Hayden were careful and considerate with my delivery and installing of my washing machine they are a credit to your company and highly recommend using Currys again

Very good service, the colleague helping us managed to give us a massive discount and explained rigorously and I am happy with Currys service. Also, we paid for the delivery which comes with the installation and the but in my opinion the installation was good but the installer didn't install the shock absorbing pads for us and said "It's no good mate, if you use that your washing machine won't fit into that gap". Nevertheless, the installer installed the washing machine surprisingly quick. Therefore, I totally recommend buying any household products from Currys.

The staff were wonderful I have a dissability and they helped me understand things and made me aware of what I was perchesing

We returned a Shark vacuum cleaner as there was a problem with the suction. On the bad side we had to wait 15 minutes to be attended to because there was a lack of staff. On the good side the member of staff was very helpful, exchanged our cleaner for a new one straight away and carried it to our car as my partner is a wheelchair user.

The young man who helped me with my purchase was more than helpful .He was happy to explain some of the TVs ie quantity etc
He carried my purchase to the car.

Horrible customer service. I am disabled and they made me wait two hours and a half just to get an order in.
The staffs were horrible and rude as well.
