Currys - Plymouth Arvostelua 

From the moment we entered the Plymouth store to buy a new coffee we were greeted by Iohica (Jonny).

He made us feel welcomed, answered all of our questions and made choosing our ideal coffee machine as easy as possible.

The shopfloor staff worker over hearing that we didn't want to spend £1000 and guiding us towards TV's in budget (£500) and also recommending a model that can be viewed clearly at an angle rather than just straight ahead

I waited in all morning for a washing machine to be delivered, the delivery driver pulled into my street never even stepped foot out of the van then turned around and drove off again, no update or anything, obviously didnt bother looking at the washing machine outside waiting for collection or a simple thing like a house number just put down they couldnt deliver and drove off so I've had to phone in to get an update to be told it will be delivered in the evening no time or anything so I've lost out on a whole day's pay because of the incompetence of the driver,,,, ABSOLUTE JOKE

Amazing customer service from Rita who helped me place an order in store with step by step guidance. So happy with our order. Rita is amazing at her job and really took care to help me, I’m so grateful, especially as I was on a bit of a time limit and might not have managed to do it without her! She secured the sale by helping me!

We bought a American Style Fridge along with a washing machine and coffee maker. I mentioned to the salesperson that our house has the kitchen downstairs, He said no problem. Its not an old house so has standard stairs to comply with regulation.
Crew arrived with Fridge Freezer and said we should have been told we need the door off service and would have to pay £25 (which we would have happily pay the first time had we been told) so we went back in to Currys and paid said amount. We also paid for old one to be taken away (on first visit).
2nd Crew arrived and were not happy to take the Fridge Freezer down the stairs as they dont have the right equipmentn and it was a Health and Safety issue. They also said they would not take the old one away and if they did slide it down the stairs they would leave the old one in the kitchen which would have blocked our kitchen. Therefore they suggested a refund which we had no choice but to accept. My issues why did the first crew say it would be fine with the doors off but they are not given time for that-they didnt say they couldnt take the old one away so we did not realise it was a problem. We already had an American Fridge Freezer that we were replacing and had no problem with delivery of that one therefore we didnt know it would be an issue. I am a loss to understand how a Company as large as Currys cannot deal with this . Firstly with appropriate equipment,secondly salesperson needs to be aware that an American Fridge Freezer will be large and check accordingly.

Good, personal, assistance from staff. I was pleased to be able to have the data from my old phone transferred to my new phone. There was a bit of confusion about how long this would take. Overall, the experience was efficient and friendly. Catt was very helpful.

Only 2 of the legs were supplied. I had to use 2 legs from my old dishwasher.

An amazing experience from Currys. As landlords we needed to replace the dishwasher in our student house quickly. After looking on the Currys website and comparing dishwashers, the process of ordering online was really quick and simple. We were able to select a store close to us and check stock availabilty. We had an e mail and a text within an hour to sat the item was ready for collection. The staff in store were friendly and organised our order to be brought down to the front of the store and out to our vehicle! Amazing service. We were then able to take the dishwasher direct to the students to replace the old one. Thankyou Currys we have previously purchased fridge freezers (with the recycling old appliance service) and will continue to use Currys in the future.

Being able to view the white goods I required was more helpful to me than online only and having knowledgeable staff to explain and answer my questions was the icing on the cake. I like in-store shopping.

Easy purchase on using Creation credit. Took a while to set up my account as the previous account had expired but the sales assistant was excellent in helping, friendly and patient.
