My experience with Currys has been… excellent
My experience with Currys has been excellent. The staff in the shop were super helpful in finding what I needed, and the information I received regarding purchasing, and the available aftercare including anual maintenance care of my item was very reasurring.
The delivery was faultless.
The men that delivered and fitted my item were extremely polite, helpful and careful.
Highly recommend using Currys in Merthyr

Dreadful Currys support!
After purchasing an expensive printer that failed. I expected a replacement. Because it was over 30 days they refused and said it had to go back to Epson for repair. I knew curry’s would mess that up but agreed. Weeks later they tell me the printer was returned but it is damaged because the ink went everywhere and they have informed Epson and are waiting for a reply.
We were then informed after waiting weeks again, we can only have a re-furbished one. This was missing the full ink tank that was in the previous one. It was scratched and looked old, but I was informed that is the only option. The so called manager at (cyfarthfa retail park) decided not to talk to me to go over it, he just kept sending over a young employee who was really nice and tried helping as much as possible and apologised. It’s just pathetic, I was also told “that’s what Epson do, only Canon replace the printer for new” I have purchased other electrical products since this item and now will only go to John Lewis, purchasing a new product and ending up with a scratched tired looking old one is dreadful.
I also needed new IPhone 18’s and a 77” tv, so pleased I found out about Currys before making other purchases. If I need to pay 3 times the price elsewhere I will in the future!

I was shopping for a new T.V
I was shopping for a new T.V - so much choice you would be hard pushed not to find one to suit you. After a couple of minutes browsing a staff member approached me asking if he could help me
His name was Ryan I think quite young but had so much knowledge about individual T.Vs. I eventually picked one that suited my price range, and went and did the paperwork
. Ryan was very polite, knowledgeable and not at all pushy about getting a sale. I went from the store (Curry's) very happy with my purchase.Thankyou.
