Great advice and guidance when I found what I needed,

I visited curry's recently to enquire about a product and was helped by Zahir in your Fosse Park store. He couldnt have been more helpful, however the product i was after was not available, so I did not make a purchase that day.
However a few weeks later, just having just moved house, I was in need of kitchen electrical appliances so because of Zahirs helpful manner previously, I made a return to the store, specifically to see Zahir - and after another helpful visit, I made a purchase.

Proof that great customer service that leaves a lasting impression, will always bring returning clients and repeat business.

Zahir is professional, knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy who goes above and beyond.

I went to buy an iron. I selected a model and was then told that all models on display with a certain label round them were not available. I asked if the one I had selected could be ordered and was told that there were no models in the country and the wait would be indeterminate. This wasted valuable time as only about 6 of the displayed models were available out of about 20 on show.

Delivery Service
We ordered our washing machine on Saturday and agreed for delivery Tuesday , helpful staff in the shop.
Got my text message the night before but was was advised would get a call prior to any visit.
My street is busy however i left my car in front of my house in case needed space. No one called and when they eventually came they told my wife they could not offload due to parking and would return on Friday with a smaller vehicle.
Got my text saved 3 spaces in front of my house and had confirmed prior to visit it would be a smaller vehicle.
My slot was 0700 - 1035 so I waited. Come 10am heard nothing and tracked item and now showed 6/10 the following week. I then received a text saying delivery would be made by 1035. I rang the support team who were offshore who managed to call the depot .It seems they came 0817 but due to it being a big vehicle they didnt stop. No call and a text message after they had already been, They advised me to call back later as the order was still on the van.
it seems after the original visit and promise of a smaller vehicle was never processed?
I decided i wanted to cancel order, however as my shipment was still in process mode it would not be possible, Unfortunately, as I purchased it from a store i would need to go back to the store.
So on Friday afternoon i drove to the store , the staff were helpful and arranged a refund. When they rang the depot they were told the delivery was for the day before? They then offered a Weekend slot but there was no guarantee it would be any different after they had already let me down twice.
wasted a whole week, there is no direct number for the stores 4
