Currys - Kings Lynn Arvostelua 

Ordered & paid for a new iPad on-line and it arrived exactly as told by midday on Friday. Joe did the set-up from my older iPad. As the set-up time was approximately 3 hours, my wife and I left the store & returned after about 2.5 hours. The transfer was complete, for which I paid £34.99. Excellent service. Thank you Joe.

Excellent service ordered Tuesday and delivered Thursday, very easy to deal with and great delivery guys.

The service in store is very slow ..I use Curry's a lot in kings lynn and Wisbech (when kings lynn is out of stock) ...Both stores have limited staff and customers wait a long time for help and service.Staff seem to have very limited knowledge about the products , which is very unhelpful for customers.

I was on holiday in Norfolk and my phone died, popped in to Currys in Kings Lynn for advice and to buy a new phone. The first young guy on the repair/ replace desk I spoke to just stared at me as though I had two heads. Then I was helped by another young guy, Joshua. He was pleasant, but I told him I had no idea about technology but he was no real help with that, just sold me a new phone. I was hoping that a service would be provided (which I would have been happy to pay for) to set up my new phone but this wasn't offered, even though I mentioned several times that I had no idea what to do. Joshua also fitted a screen protector which cost £20. He told me the bubbles in it would go after 24 hours, nearly 2 weeks later and the bubbles are actually worse. I have sort of managed to set up the new phone but it was a struggle and I do not have all the features on my previous phone. I am home now and will have to go to my local Currys to ask them to sort a replacement screen protector. I mentioned to Joshua that we were passing though the area, he obviously realised that we wouldn't be back there to complain so wasn't really bothered about providing a decent service. Poor show by Currys, not all of us are tech savvy! I only went to Currys as I was stuck as I was away but I definitely won't be going back to any Currys any time soon.

Selected & paid on Sunday ready for collection on Monday. Item brought home & autumn promotion was applied for successfully online - closing date was the Tuesday!! So happy with the service. Staff helpful & efficient on collection.

Ordering on line was easy and payment and 3 year insurance explained before I commented

From the first contact in store through to delivery and installation it was really professional experience, well done to curry's.

Carol the lady that served was great,patient, knowledgeable and very helpful.
Downside was only one member of staff to work the whole of upstairs and left customers waiting a while.

On the 6th June 2026 I purchased a 55inch LG TV from Currys at Kings Lynn. I originally went in to purchase a Samsung TV but the sales advisor Niko did not rate Samsung and advised me to purchase LG. He also told me to get a care package stating that if anything went wrong with the TV then Currys would replace it. I purchased one on his advice.
Once home I took the TV out of the box and measured it so that I could have a bespoke cabinet made to suit.
The TV cabinet was made and on the 12th October I installed the TV. I unpacked the TV and installed the feet. There was no warning or instructions obvious as to how to pick the TV up. When I turned it on there were lines down one side. The TV still had its protection on it. I took the TV to Currys at Colchester my local store who advised me to take it to Kings Lynn where I purchased it.
On17th October I took the TV to Kings Lynn and dealt with Lewis the store manager. He stated that the damage was not accidental and not covered. I said I had been sold a care package By Nico and asked to speak to him. I was told he was not there. I asked what is the point of a care package if it does not cover damage. He said it is to cover the cost of the TV if it is broken. It is broken. It is not accidental. I said I did not do it intentionally. The TV is brand new it still has the labels on it. I asked if it could be repaired he said no. I said what can we do about the TV he said scrap it. I then asked for the warranty to be changed to a new TV he said no so one of the other sales person cancelled the policy. I Lewis if he could do me a deal on another new TV. He said no. I then asked him for the details of the Area Manager. He refused to give them to me. He then said claim off your house insurance so I requested that he wrote me a note to state that the TV was beyond repair. He refused
Do not buy anything from this store. Customer service is nil and the manager is appalling.

Very pleased with the service the staff gave us, new iPads for my wife and myself.

They had the product I required, but the staff were more bothered about having a chat.

I bought an ex demo tv which was un watchable as it had picture burn because the picture had been left on vivid
There was no attempt to replace
The only good news is that on bringing the item back the staff were ok and said in a couple of days I would get a refund
Strategy of destroying tvs by leaving on the wrong setting needs amending

The fast and immediate greeting and offer to help. Sound advice on choosing a TV and showing us the various models.

Tate was excellent in helping me select the right laptop after telling him a few things that I needed. He then spent his time checking those that matched my specification before showing me those that matched and what he would recommend.
