Excellent service, next-day delivery of washing machine, unboxed and packing removed. Very polite and friendly delivery team.

It was late in the day knew what I needed in washing machine..rushed to Currys Eastbourne where I met an amazing character in an assistant called JAY! Told him what I needed but 8 wanted to check it out..the entire process took less than an hour..took item away in my car I fitted it job done all thanks to JAY

I went into Currys at Eastbourne this morning to pick up an order. There was no one at the desk but several members of staff were walking around. I asked one of them if they could help me but got a curt, "I'm busy, wait at the desk". So I waited. A member of staff who wasn't serving kept looking in my direction so I finally went over and asked if he could help. He was as rude as the first member of staff and snapped that they were all very busy and I'd just have to wait. I don't mind waiting, but surely the correct response to a customer would be, "I'm sorry, we're very busy at the moment, would you mind waiting at the desk and as soon as someone is free they'll come over. Thank you for your patience." It wouldn't have taken a lot. Very poor customer service, but I did eventually get served.

Elyas was incredibly helpful and explained the product choices clearly and concisely.

Thank you to Andrew in Currys Eastbourne for being really helpful and honest while helping us look for a college laptop. Wasn’t pushy and certainly didn’t force a sale or his opinions. Helpful and polite young man.

Went in to buy a new phone which was on offer at Eastbourne store. Staff were attentive and helpful. Needed assistance to transfer information from my old phone which they did there and then whilst I waited(£25).

Great customer service in store. The sales rep Archie was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right appliances at the right price.

Bought a product on a buy now pay in full by the end of 9months interest free which was explained and setup by the Curry's staff member who dealt with our purchase.

The process was quick to setup and a flexible means to pay off the debt without incurring interest. There is the option to buy other items using the finance provided if required but this may incur the regular interest payments.

I bought online and collected in store 30 minutes later. I had my new, competitively priced HP printer up and running within 45 minutes of discovering the old one was broken.
