Reasonable price great product and fast delivery

The staff in the store were extremely helpful and efficient, making our purchase very easy. The delivery team were excellent making a difficult delivery look easy. Exceptional service from purchase through to delivery.

I paid £45 for a time to have my item delivered at a certain time this did not happen it was delivered outside the time

Good service got microwave we wanted it would have been nice to have been told we would have got an extra £10 off purchase if we had brought our old one in for recycling before purchase

Ordering online Friday was a breeze, all items in stock. Notification early Saturday morning advising items ready for collection. Dropped one star because had to wait too long at store to receive order.

Excellent and friendly service

As a company Currys are impossible to deal with, and that is bourne out from many years experience. My lkatest purchase was a printer which was reasonable but only because i did it through click and collect and picked it up instore. My previous order, a HP Laptop, came without a charger. At no time did the staff mention this, even though they are obliged by law. Under bothh EU regulations and UP regulations (the Consumer rights act 2015). Even though the EU passed a law unbundling laptops, which was NOT ratified by the UK parliament (it was passed after we left the EU), it still specified that any laptop/tablet that couldn't be charged by a standard USB C charging plug MUST be sold with a charger. This laptop was a 15" screen and requires a charge of 65watts. This is well beyong even a relatively high wattage charger range (bear in mind the maximum charge size on any Samsung phone is still only 25watts. I dealt with a trainee Advisor and a manager. When we picked the printer up I spoke to a manager who point banc refused to read the law (which I had printed out from past experience) and she refused to admit she new the advisor and the manager who was training. ABSOLUTELY disgraceful behaviour from ANY member of staff let alone a manager. I spoke to another member of staff, who happened to present when we where discussing the laptop and placing the order, and he confirmed he knew both tthe Adviser and Manged who was brought in to train him. I have had many many bad experiences with Currys going back 12 years. If there was anyone else I would never visit currys but there isn't. Even before that I always used Comet who's staff where far helpful than most of Currys staff ( though NOT all, but helpful ones generally those who will go against company policy to help).

Very polite, friendly and helpful staff

So we saw a fridge/freezer with a glass door. I said that was no good for us. Sales assistant said there was a cheaper one without the glass. Much better for us. However the more expensive one with the glass door was ordered and delivered. When I saw the glass i said thats not what I ordered. Also we were told the LG model ordered was mains operative for the ice so we had paid for plumbing. This model is not mains operative, its has a water tray for the ice. We returned to the store after delivery. We expressed our concerns. We were refunded £100 the cost of plumbing and removal. This fridge freezer is £300 more expensive than the one we wanted so we will stick with if for the 28 days and see how we get on

My wife & I purchased a new freezer from Currys Cwmbran.
We agreed a delivery date of today, we were able to track the delivery on the day.
We had a telephone call from Gavin to let us know he would be with us in 10 minutes. Gavin arrived on time with his colleague .
We want to thank Gavin & his colleague for their friendly & professional conduct coming into our home. Thank you both.

The driver and all didnt take wrapping and unwrap ad meant to and theybwasd nkt caewful with it

Great customer service helpful and knowledgeable

I am not impressed with the staff in the Cwmbran branch delivery boys were amazing in the store spoke the one in charge he was will no fuss to give me my rebursment until this lady got involved and wouldn’t listen when telling her the boys didn’t install the appliance I ended up leaving out of pocket has they didn’t have to take doors of or install it because it had to stand for 4 hours then turn and wait another hour she was very arrogant delivery boys brilliant won’t be going to Cwmbran one any time soon
