Needed a washing machine asap like today. Went online, chose one after reading google reviews £270 . Checked if it was in stock YES. Ordered to collect within one hour, got an email saying being prepared. Next email saying its ready for collection. Drove all the way to Currys Crawley and... sorry we dont have that one!!!! They offered a deal.. find one which has 50% off lol. Oh how about this one for £700- Refund, ordered from AO, cheaper, take the old one away free AND NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Result. Go to AO.com

We got 5 star service from Currys Country Oak staff when we purchased our fridge freezer and some airpods. The staff went above and beyond for us, special mention to Sandra. She was exceptional, very patient, humble and very persistent until we completed the purchase since we were encountering some issues with the computer system during the purchase. Well done you all, we will keep on purchasing our goods from you. We feel very valued*****

I decided I needed a new laptop so went to the Curry's in Crawley. Ashish helped me find a laptop that suited my needs and that was in stock - he was friendly and patient and his help was much appreciated. I think the price was also fair.

Helpful and easy buying

Was looking for Dyson fan one salesperson said only had dyson purifier fan was about to leave and the other lady assistant think name was Sandra said No it is cooler and heater has served us before commited and self motivated very pleased with item thanks to Zthus assistant!

The lady who served us was very helpful enabling me to make the right choice. She also was knowledgeable about the product I was looking to buy.

I asked in store to pay and collect an American style fridge freezer - suitable vehicle. The answer was no due to lack of store space!

£20 delivery because you don’t have space?

I ordered online booking a 7am - 8am slot due to finishing on a night shift - I had to use holiday to leave early for the delivery.

12 hours before the delivery a message received stated the delivery was now 12-3pm which was during my sleep time between night shifts.

Why pay £20 for a delivery slot? The fridge arrived at 12.20 disrupting my sleep pattern.

I called customer services for an explanation. The fella was arguing with me saying that they did not have bookable slots? I had it there in front of me, there was no liaison with him.

I wrote to the CEO and copied in the exec board, I received an automated response saying that it was being looked into - I detailed that wished to have my £20 refunded.

5 days lapsed with no response so I sent a chaser, nothing, I have sent another chaser, nothing. Appalling customer service and from the exec board as well who should be addressing this matter with urgency.

I spent an awful lot of money plus the delivery and list holiday time. You don’t even have the decency to respond.

Bought product I wanted but there were building works in the store it was very noisy
