Currys - Cardiff East Arvostelua

Swift next day delivery. On time. No fuss. Fab.

Excellent staff with wonderful knowledge and excellent product with affordable prices. Fully recommended

Ordering from Currys was seamless. Ordered in store with helpful staff. Stephen took care of everything from sale, installation and delivery. (Chosen by me) Communication was there from start to finish. Installation guys were lovely too, friendly and polite and got on with the job leaving everything clean and tidy. Oh' and they telephoned to say they were on route too. I will be using Currys again for sure. Well done Currys at the Newport Road Cardiff site.

I dealt with the best sales consultant at the Currys store. Everything was great!

Bad before the good..

Fahan made too many mistakes and was very dismissive. I was told that he is new however, the information that he was being told was, by me. Fahan ordered the wrong phone model and mispelt my name after I had spelt it out for him. I did not appreciate how we needed to move three times during the single transaction. (Near tills, seated computers then to a mid-store till.)
The only reason I scored so high is because of Fozia Salim. She went above and beyond to ensure that the moblie exchange and my comfort was her highest priority. Nothing was too much. My disabilities were seen and attended to without hesitation and fuss as if I were someone she had known for years. (Instinct rather than over-bearing) (which I wholeheartedly appreciated. Thank you!) She remembered our conversation from the previous visit and was able to effortlessly hand me over to Leighton after she, once more, checked all the information was correct. Leighton was brilliant, very attentive and thorough. Both Fozia and Leighton were able to ease my mind and I genuinely felt lighter after leaving. Customer service at its finest. Thank you again Fozia Salim.

Service staff member made me buying a hone easy and quick. Very good customer service and very good value too.

My appliance was supposed to be installed, but they left the appliance just standing in my kitchen

Excellent service and lots of help from the staff… I am very pleased with my purchase and my delivery. It’s an excellent fridge freezer and the delivery drivers put it into the space and took away my old freezer. Thank you!!

Great store with knowledgeable staff.
Sian from the Cardiff Newport road branch was especially helpful.

Not everything we wanted was in stock but the man was really helpful

Good on line service
Excellent after service with emails and calls from staff.
Delivery service spot on

A great experience with Currys. Always choose it over Amazon.
Fast, efficient and good prices.

The sales person was very helpful.

well unless in a bind I never use curry's and thankfully you didn't disappoint this time either, what's the point of a shop if you never have any thing in stock, hence ordered online to then have to pay £25 for delivery as you can't send it for pick up in store.

Quick purchase and easy same day collection.

I rang the Curry's helpline before i went, asking if they had a service to set up the tablet I was buying. I am elderly and there is no way I could do this myself. they assured me that for £40 this service was available. I drove all the way to the store to be told, No they don't do that, they haven't got enough staff. They are certainly very understaffed. people were waiting ages to be served.

The chap that served me was friendly, very efficient & professional

Reasonable price and fast service . Staff were very efficient and poiite
