Currys - Bristol Longwell Green Arvostelua 

The sales lady, Sharon was a delight to meet. Very helpful in a friendly way, made the purchase of a new Bosch induction hob very easy. We are expecting delivery/installation next Tuesday and are confident that this will also be smooth.

Your installers arrived on time, unpacked and installed the washing machine, checked it was working and cleared all the packing materials within less than 25 minutes. Extremely impressive.

Well, the w machine was delivered and plumbed in but apparently it's larger than the previous one. It's an integrated machine so now the door is proud of the other doors and the plinth no longer fits! Not great value at £140 for the installation

Always a pleasure to shop at Currys, very knowledgeable, polite and friendly staff who are happy to go the extra mile to ensure you get the purchase you want.

KOExplain that it is not always easy to connect a new TV to the relevant connections.
Don't say that it is easy, when for some of us it's not!
Charging £50 to connect it is a bit much.
It doesn't make much difference, once you have the customers money and they are out of door,why worry.

We had an issue with a TV that my elderly Mum had bought a few weeks previously. We spoke to the manager at the Longwell Green store, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. We spent almost an hour with him, he was very patient with us.

Outstanding customer service from Sharon..you can tell when a member of staff is knowledgeable and patient.

Went very well, paid extra for sat delivery, the turned up nice and early and even carried the tumble dryer upstairs for me. Easy proceed ordering and paying online. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful, highly recommended

Went to the Longwell Green store, found the cooker we wanted, a nice staff member came and helped us with the buying process, and sorted out the delivery day. On the delivery day had a phone call saying they were on their way, they came brought the cooker into kitchen ,and took away old one. The whole thing from buying to getting the cooker was done with no fuss or bother.

An installation date agreed at time of purchase has so far been changed 3 times and I still haven't got a definite date.

Ordered 3 items for collection in store at Bristol Longwell Green. When I got home, I discovered I had only actually been given 2/3 items. There is no option to call the store directly so I raised the error with main customer services phone line and was given a reference number. Despite following up twice via the online chat and spending nearly 2 hours trying to chase for a response I've heard nothing back. Every time I've been told the store would be in touch via phone, also to note they apparently don't have an email address to either contact them on or for them to get in touch with customers.

I can understand the store making an initial mistake but the follow up customer service has been terrible. I would just like the refund at this point. Since there is no longer a Currys in Bristol city centre it's very inconvenient to have to go to the out of town stores and I don't wish to make the journey unnecessarily. At this point I would just like a refund for the missing item and move on from this experience.
