Currys - Aylesbury Arvostelua 

I had a great experience with Exauce at Currys Aylesbury. The service was fast, efficient and professional, with everything explained clearly and straight to the point. No time wasted, just friendly, helpful advice and excellent customer service. Exauce was approachable, knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy and pleasant. My microwave was supposed to arrive with dpd between 14.09 & 15.09 today 9/10/2026 still not arrived at 6.23pm no call from driver to explain not happy

​To add - am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent which failed to arrive on the promised delivery date.
​Due to a medical/personal condition, I am unable to drive, meaning I rely heavily on home delivery services for essential purchases. Having this delivery missed has caused significant inconvenience, and I am now being told I must wait over a week for the item to be rescheduled and delivered.
​Given the delay and the clear failure to meet the agreed delivery timeline, I request that this issue be expedited as a matter of urgency. Additionally, due to the severe inconvenience and disruption this failure has caused, I would like Currys to provide appropriate compensation for this loss of service.
​I look forward to hearing from you promptly with an update on an earlier delivery slot and a proposal for compensation.

Ordered HP printer online and available for pickup within an hour. Very easy to set up.

It was a fraud purchase using my card and giving wrong billing address. This purchase is already under investigation and reported to both Report Fraud; Bank and other law enforcement agencies.

Provided with information to buy TV. Easy process, had looked on line but unsure which TV. Assistant made the choice easier

Generally good, made my purchase online, received notification that item was ready to collect almost immediately. Minor upset though at collection point when a supervisor interrupted the sales assistant, that was dealing with me perfectly fine, told me to see another assistant.the supervisor then took the chap that was serving me aside, gave him a lecture, embarrassing him & me then sent him back to the counter. 🥴

As always Curry’s ordering was super easy and delivery was great.

I nearly left to go to John Lewis since I was standing in the t v area and no one bothered to ask if I needed help. I had to go back to the entrance and ask for an assistant
The assistant was very good although I already knew what I wanted but did need advice on a possible purchase of an I pad
