Cumbrian Properties Arvostelua

Brilliant service from start to finish! Susan made my experience of letting less stressful and very easy and straight forward! I can’t thank them enough.

I was given 100% support and help while getting my property ready for rental, they helped me through the mine field which is private letting. Cumbria Properties and in particular Susan Mosses were professional in their speed of response, detail of explanation and thoroughness of securing the right client for us. I found them to be value for money and no request was too much, I am a fussy customer, and the staff were always available to answer my questions. I have used other letting agents previously and cannot fault Cumbria Properties, their local knowledge of the market and vast experience showed in everything they did for me.

Susan Moses, provided a very professional, friendly and efficient service and was very accommodating with my busy and everchanging schedule. I would highly recommend Sue in the Carlisle office if you need to move. Thank you.

Family member relocating from Wales to Carlisle for the first time. Sarah was extremely helpful in finding a suitable location and properties to view for renting. Sarah and her team were very professional, polite and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Very grateful for all their help and support.

Sarah was so professional and helpful when looking for a property to rent nothing was to much trouble for her. I would recommend Cumbria properties outstanding service

I needed help finding a new tenant for a property. Sarah at Cumbrian Properties made life very easy. A property manager (Dave) helped with getting some damage and repaire work done before the new tenant moved in. All good from my point a view. Regards Mr Robinson

Charged me £408 to not sell my property after having it on the market for 6 months, after I change estate agent I sold with in 1 week. During the process of changing estate agent they tried to tell me it was my fault the property had not sold. There staff are rude and incompetent. Avoid them.

I would also like to express my gratitude to Sue Moses for her patience, excellent leadership, and unwavering support throughout the renting paperwork process.

Had a really bad experience with them. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Would influence my purchase decision if a listing was made by them, they were that bad.

Appalling service avoid this company and find a decent estate agent. They will not go that extra mile and refuse to help outside of viewings and advertising. Communication is ignored and do not reply to emails AVOID AVOID AVOID

Bought from these guys during lockdown and they couldn’t be more helpful especially with the seller having health issues. Karen was an absolute star and kept me updated throughout going that extra mile. Thank you for all your help.

We contacted three local agents for an market assessment of a family home bordering the Lake District National Park and although not the highest we chose Cumbrian Properties as we felt they were the most realistic. The house was marketed promptly and eight viewers lined up within two days. A sale at 5% above the asking price was agreed after a further three days and the sale completed without any complications over the Christmas period. We were kept informed of progress at all stages by the friendly & efficient negotiators at the Carlisle office. Full marks all round. Thank you.

I would like thank Cumbrian Properties on selling my house. From the initial call through to the final hand over, the whole experience was a breeze. I would like to give a big thanks to Ann in the Carlisle branch as she went the extra mile to ensure the date wanted for handover was achieved. But all the staff I had contact with were excellent.

terrible service from this letting agents avoid at all costs. Advertising a place to let that are actually up for sale even though they knew and the landlord knew we were looking for a permanent place. They also knew we had over a 300 mile trip. When we submitted the application we were told that no one else would be accepted , only to find out more people had been accepted . AVOID!!!
