Crown Conservatories, Windows and Doors Arvostelua

Great company

Neat and tidy finish

A first class experience from start to finish.
We had a considerable home improvement project and invited 5 businesses to quote. Crown were by far the best company. Sales person Nathan shared our vision and introduced some great suggestions, he was professional and efficient.
Project manager Lionel managed the whole thing seamlessly and the key install team of Adam and Ben were courteous, clean and tidy and did a brilliant job. They were ably assisted by two younger lads, another Adam and his mate whose name I’ve forgotten (sorry).
We would have no hesitation in recommended this family owned local business to anyone irrespective of the size of your home improvement project.
Well done Crown and thank you!

Thank-you to a fantastic team who were honest, informative, helpful and out and out kind from the word go. Thank-you to Nathan for being insightful and providing me with all the information I needed to chose the style I liked that fitted within the constraints I had. Thank-you to Ali for organising to get the work done in the short timescale that was available due to unforeseen circumstances. Huge thank-you to the crew who worked flat out in the icy rain to get it all done in one day. The quality of the products and work are excellent at a very competitive price. I couldn't be happier, thank-you.

This is the second time I have used Crown, they are reliable, honest, professional and affordable. I have no hesitation in recommending them after both jobs done to a high standard. JH.

So pleased with the service and price from crown. Their staff have been so helpful and friendly through every step of my back door replacement. The initial visit to measure up and quote was great with rep coming up with some really helpful ideas on the door opening the opposite side to give me more space which was really helpful.
I’d had a few quotes and found Crown to be really reasonable and competitive - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to replace windows or doors and will definitely use them again

all the staff is very good from the begining to end every body was very helpful. the fitters done a good job thanks

Crown Conservatories is an excellent company. They installed my windows and door recently, and the transformation of my home is incredible. I was impressed by their professionalism and courteous service throughout the process.

Crown did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Measuring and fitting.
Dave the fitter was great and did a really good clean job fitting my door.

John and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. The windows are excellent quality, expertly installed, and have already made a noticeable difference in both comfort and appearance. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-organized.
Customer service was truly exceptional. John and his team were responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions, making sure we felt confident every step of the way. It’s rare to find a company that combines great craftsmanship with such genuine care for its customers.
The warranty provided also gave us complete peace of mind and shows how confident they are in their work and products. I highly recommend John and his team to anyone looking for top-quality windows, excellent customer service, and reliable long-term support.

Good value for money, good communication throuhout the process (Nathan and Don were particularly personable). And the installer's work looked great and the caulking and sealing was very neat indeed.

I have used crown conservatories on a couple of occasions to replace my doors and windows and have always found them very professional from beginning to end. I have also called them out quite sometime later and had repairs done under warranty with absolutely no hassle.
This time they provided the same incredible service to replace the windows on my mums house.
I would happily recommend them to friends and family in the future

Exceptional service from start to finish.

The fitter was polite and did a very good job finished it off very neatly. It was raining he didn't complain just got on with the job

I recently had a new front porch fitted. John the fitter was very polite, friendly and helpful. (if I had any questions he answered them for me). I had a back door fitted too, 7 years ago and am very pleased with the Porch as I have been with the back door.
I would highly recommend the company.

Great design and specification advice from Cheryll and the team. Crown’s attention to detail and quality control was excellent given we had a bespoke product and the installation team did a great job in difficult weather conditions
