Crouch Recovery Arvostelua

Good job 👍 picked me up from a tight layby and it was dark at tonight and no lights great job 👍

Shawn from Crouch's recovered my car from the side of the motorway this evening. Really appreciated his friendly, professional approach, made sure I was okay and got me somewhere safe. I left some property in his tow truck and he came right back and gave it to me. Thank you Shawn.

Drivers was very excellent had a lovely smile
Good job done

A very positive experience today from Crouch with my broken down car. Sadly I cannot remember the drivers name but perhaps you can find it from my reg P9 NHD & convey my gratitude not only for his professionalism but his sympathetic approach to my situation. He quickly discovered that mice had been chewing away at the wiring harness but as it was cold & wet offered me the chance to sit in his cab whilst preparing the car to be loaded & I was waiting for my wife to pick me up
His friendly demeaner helped immensely to reduce my stress
My dealer has confirmed safe delivery to them so it's in their hand now

Quick and efficient lift. Great response time.

I just wanted to say a big thank your company to your recovery driver Kevin he went above and beyond when my sister and her partner and 2 small children were involved in an accident on the M69 Slip road. I want to express my sincere gratitude for everything from his helpfulness, to being able to understand and work with my sister and her family as they all have special needs.

Very courteous the technician listened to me, very helpful I felt really safe.

Every single person at Crouch that we speak to is brilliant and we couldn't find words to recommend them highly enough. It's not just efficiency and knowledge but they are friendly, responsive and patient too. Without doubt one of my top ten companies in the world!
