When I ordered online, I read their policy that you need to pay for the return, which I thought it's ok, since the majority of the companies have the same policy, the cost is on the consumer, but usually it is around 30-60 kr (4-6 euros), which I assumed it was a similar cost for crocs.

When I got to the point to return it, I was shocked to see that it costs me 175 kr to return it, which is 24 euro!!

I never experienced this before, and I shop online often and sometimes from high end brands and I never encountered such prices.

Usually, from my experience, when you make a return you pay the same price that it costed to be shipped to you. It costs the same both ways. But not for Crocs. It is clear they only care about profit and don't think about the consumers.

In some cases, if your order is around 24 euros, it would be cheaper to throw it in the trash than to return it.

I would never buy again from them, and I will advise everyone I know not to order online from the EU store.

I wasn't expecting to be free, but also not be paying 24 euro!!!

Habe 5 Paare Crocs und trage sie gerne. 1 weiteres Paar gekauft, sind zu klein, obwohl die selbe Größe. Kann man sich mit Problemen an den Shop wenden? NEIN! Nur 0815 Anliegen sind möglich, der Chatbot ist mist und sonst eine Holländische Telefonnummer. Das sagt alles...

Took three weeks to get my order. Color was not what I expected. Wanted to return. Paid $10 to get it shipped to me. Had to pay $17 to ship it back. For $40 refund. Really bad experience. Bought a pair of Amazon and it arrived the next day.

I don't recommend this store to anyone, as they cancel orders at their own discretion without explanation. I might have understood if they'd bothered to apologize and explain, but their negligence is simply astounding. I placed two orders, and once they completely canceled it. The second time, out of the five items I selected, they only sent one. And the money from both returns took a very long time to be returned to my card.

Ordered 2 pairs of crocs, yes did take over 3 weeks to arrive but infairness when I rang customer service were great issued a refund straight away. Told me if crocs arrived I could keep them no need to send back, that they were very sorry and didn't expect them to arrive. They arrived and got refund

Wie kann so ein großes Unternehmen so einen peinlichen Onlineshop haben? Es sieht alles super billig aus, schlechte Produktbilder, schlechte Website, ein Newsletter bei dem man die Handynummer mit angeben muss und zugespammt wird. Außerdem habe ich im Sale Crocs bestellt und die wurden dann storniert, weil sie angeblich nicht mehr auf Lager waren. Nur dass sie auf der Website noch auf Lager sind, nur halt wieder zum vollen Preis. Was ist das denn für ne unprofessionelle Frechheit. Dann überlegen die sich im Nachhinein „Ach ne jetzt haben wir doch zu viele rabattierte Schuhe verkauft, das will ich jetzt doch nicht“. Wie im Kindergarten.

I ordered 4 pairs of Crocs and the next day my entire order was cancelled without any warning. Payment was taken, and now I’m left waiting for a refund for an order they cancelled themselves.
When I contacted customer support via chat, I was told that one pair was allegedly out of stock, so they cancelled the entire order instead of removing that item or asking how I wanted to proceed. Even more frustrating, the exact pair and size they claimed was out of stock is still available on the website.
To make matters worse, my chat was ended by different customer service agents three times before I was finished, despite the fact that I was polite and not aggressive. This is extremely unprofessional and made it unnecessarily difficult to resolve a simple issue.
No alternatives offered, no partial shipment, no clear communication — just a cancelled order, money taken, and time wasted. Very disappointing experience. Avoid Crocs EU if you expect reliable service

The Crocs company is a total embarrassment, the second time I found the right product for me and paid and a few hours later my order was canceled for no reason.

Selvbetalt retur fragt selvom størrelsen på skoen langt fra passer størrelsen der bliver oplyst online. Jeg fik en rabatkode på 20% til næste køb, men jeg vil da ikke købe igen når man ikke kan regne med størrelserne.

Mir wurde die Rückerstattung von 24,49 € mehrfach schriftlich von Frau Zhekova bestätigt (u. a. „veranlasst am 31.12.“, „auf Ihrem Konto“).
Faktisch ist bis heute weder auf meinem PayPal-Konto noch auf meinem Bankkonto eine Gutschrift eingegangen.
Auf Nachfragen kommen nur Standardfloskeln wie „laut System erledigt“, aber keinerlei Transaktions-ID oder Zahlungsnachweis.
Wirkt wie systematische Hinhalte-Taktik statt echter Rückerstattung.

De tilbyder kun selvbetalt returnering, og da deres lager er i Holland koster det over 100 for retur. Samtidig tilbyder de heller ikke annullering af ordren selv meget kort tid efter køb:( Syntes bare det er virkelig ringe af så stor en virksomhed.

Unacceptable experience. Do not order from croc EU. Took 3 weeks 5 days to come. I emailed multiple times and only ever received only reply back in the first week and nothing then for another 2weeks. Paid €9.95 for delivery that said 8-10 days with GLS. Customer service provided no communication on my late delivery and no tracking update with GLS . I have contacted about a refund of delivery and received again no reply. GLS and Croc EU to blame both disgraceful

I ordered a pair of crocs from crocs.eu on the 5th of December and they only came at 5pm on the 24th of December. They were meant to be a Christmas present. I do not recommend to buy from this website. The tracking just kept saying ‘has reached the parcel centre’.

Ordered Crocs as a present. No sign on Christmas eve. Tracking site hasn't been updated in days. Really very poor service, its a busy time of year but every other business seems able to cope. The issue may be with the carrier but that's for Crocs to sort out.

I placed my order on the 6th of December, two pairs of crocks which were to be for presents on Christmas day! It's now the 22nd of December still no sign . When I check tracking it just keeps saying- parcel has reached packing centre then parcel has left packing centre then back to parcel has reached packing centre.
Iv emailed but got no reply . Iv since had to go to the shops and buy more ! Very disappointed! Avoid at all costs !!!

First of all, for some reason it was incredibly difficult to even get a purchase through. Multiple carda kept being declined for whatever reason.

When the stars finally aligned and the Croc gods decided to let one of my purchases go through, I had ordered a pair of crocs in two different sizes because I was unsure of the fit.

When I then go return the pair that didnt fit, I realize they dont even offer prepaid return shipping to their warehouse in the netherlands, meaning I would have to pay just about 50% or more of the price of the crocs JUST to return them.

Seriously?? I can't think of a more laughably bad and amatourish experience from start to end of such a big company. It's the first time I've had to deal with all the issues from any clothing store large or big.

Last time I'm buying there. Fix your shit.

Mal abgesehen davon, dass die Qualität echt unterirdisch geworden ist: Wer lässt 2025 seine Kunden immer noch Retourenscheine selbst ausdrucken? Alle Versanddienstleister bieten QR Codes an, warum unnötige Bürokratie, die meisten Leute besitzen keinen eigenen Drucker junge.

Rückerstattung nach über 2 Wochen immer noch nicht erhalten, Crocs hat die Ware neu und Unbenutzt zurück erhalten. Laut Retour Sendungsverfolgung liegt ist die Ware seitdem auch im Rücksende Lager von Crocs angekommen. Keine Bearbeitung extrem langsam bin gespannt ob man da noch sein Geld zurück bekommt oder nicht mehr...

I was sent the wrong items, not even close to what I ordered. It is impossible to get in touch with customer service, and you have to pay for them to make a mistake, as you have to pay for the return shipping yourself. Not okay.
