Croatia Yachting Arvostelua

We had rented a catamaran Bali for one week. The CY services themselves were good, staff people were kind, we were satisfied, thank you.
Recommendations: pay more attention to some details because for that rental price people expect that you check the number of broken wine glasses after each client so that we don't have to drink wine from a cup or check the pans and replace the burnt ones in order (it costs 20-30€), sharpen the knives, towels could be newer and small soap, shower gell and dishwasher tabletes costs nothing. I don't know if it's the responsibility of the charter companies or the marina is in charge, but luggage carts are always a problem (there are 200 boats in the port but only 10-20 carts).

U prijemnom uredu gospodin koji radi:
- profesionalan pristup
-brzo rješava stranke
-nema dugih čekanja.
-osoblje na gatu privezu prijazni i gostoljubivi...

Great experience. The entire process from check-in to check-out was seamless. The boat matched the description, can’t recommend them enough.

We chartered Bali 4.2. Yacht itself was slightly worn - some minor issues here and there, but all issues were addressed and resolved by the great team at Croatia Yachting. Great receptionist, always keen to help and to make life easier for everyone. Great technical personnel (Dennis) with recommendations, tips and practical attitude.

Overall - pleasant experience, would recommend.

Great boat, great assistance.

Perfect service from Croatia Yachting: fancy marina, quick check-in, high-quality yacht, helpful information, smooth sailing and attractive pricing!
Our family loved sailing across the Croatian islands with a fully equipped boat and plenty of space to even receive some guests during our lovely itinerary

We enjoyed two wonderful sailing weeks. The boat, the weather, the places, the service: everything was perfect. Thanks Croatia Yachting!

I have an excellent experience with Croatia Yachting. They take complete care of my boat, from maintenance and repairs to handling the entire charter management. I really appreciate their professional approach, quick communication, and the fact that they manage everything so I can always rely on my boat being well maintained and customers being satisfied. I’m very happy with their services and can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable partner for yacht management and charters.

The Hanse 460 Lucija is a superbly equipped sailboat in excellent condition. The helpful, friendly, and technically skilled staff at Croatia Yachting in Marina Biograd made our cruise an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back next year.

What an amazing trip aboard the beautiful Hanse 460 "Whistler" This yacht exceeded all expectations with its premium features including gorgeous teak decks, convenient electric winches, and an automatic bathing platform that made getting in and out of the water effortless. The three en-suite cabins with showers and electric toilets provided perfect comfort and privacy for our group.
Croatia Yachting made the entire process seamless with an easy, stress-free handover and a genuinely friendly and helpful shore team who were always available when needed. The combination of this stunning yacht and excellent service made for an unforgettable sailing adventure.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium charter experience in Croatia!

We had every time great experience with chartering a Hanse 460 from Croatia Yachting. The boat was in a very good condition and we got very friendly and well experienced instructions before we started our sailing holidays. Thx Croatia Yachting for your outstanding service.

I had an amazing experience with Croatia Yachting Charter! From the very beginning, the communication was smooth and professional, and the team made the whole booking process effortless. The yacht was in perfect condition – clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a great trip.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to answer any questions and provide useful local tips. Sailing along the Croatian coast was truly unforgettable – crystal-clear waters, stunning islands, and beautiful marinas made every day special.

What really stood out was the reliability and professionalism of Croatia Yachting Charter. Everything was exactly as promised, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire journey. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable sailing holiday in Croatia.

I’m already looking forward to booking with them again!

We booked the Bali 4.6 – Joie de Vivre and everything was perfect from start to finish. The booking was smooth, the staff were friendly and professional, and the boat was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped. Sailing was comfortable and effortless, and we enjoyed every moment exploring Croatia’s stunning coastline. Highly recommend both the yacht and the company, we’ll definitely be back!

Conclusion: a complete nightmare.

Check-in was 4 hours late (we were told to arrive at 14:00 and had to wait until 18:00). The entire Croatia Yachting team apologized at the time, so I’m surprised you now claim otherwise.

The boat did not include the SUP or snorkeling equipment we had paid for, forcing us to buy new ones. No staff was available to assist us. We also paid for a safety net for children that was never installed. To make matters worse, it took the team 2 hours to locate life jackets, and we eventually had to sort it out ourselves.

The company promised we would be reimbursed for overpaid stuff, which never happened, up till now they are not answering our emails.

As for the skippers:

They changed our skipper 3 days before departure. The replacement had only 14 days of sailing experience. We literally had to teach him how to use a winch. After just 3 days, he was exhausted (we were two families doing nothing unusual) and refused to anchor, preferring instead to stay in marinas to meet his friends.

The second skipper was more competent, but even then we only sailed for 20 minutes over 3 days, despite our clear wish to actually experience sailing.

In short: if you want a poorly organized “sailing” trip spent 99% of the time on the motor, this is the company for you. But if you expect professionalism and a real sailing experience, look elsewhere.

The boat was 2024 ( C’est La vie , Bali 4.6) and had 0 problems. We went around the islands and had a very smooth time. The skipper, Fran D, was even better than the boat . He knew where to go when where to park ( fees were way cheaper than what we were told) . Did all reservations for dinner and/or recommendations of what to do . Excellent behaviour. Thank you so much x doing our experience a great one .
