I would give zero starts if I could. The lack of respect for there customers and the zero response to emails is a joke I have been hung up on, passed from person to person, told that they will call me back and they never do. This has been going on for a Year now

Do not trust this company they are terrible

I would say the customer service is bad if they actually had any!
I really wish I could start again and find another agency! They prey on you in your moments of desperation and then once they have you you are ignored! I never get any response to emails and never had any of the really important issues explained properly!
I would definitely recommend finding a different company to help you!

I paid every payment on time throughout the IVA for 6 years. I knew about the closure process taking between 3-6 months the last payment. That payment was 30/9/25. No closure cert yet, despite several calls. Just off of the phone to be told they're waiting an update from creditors who they emailed on 11 March 2026, which could be upto 22 Days. Told I'll get an update by 10 April. Absolutely rubbish. The service is good whilst getting your money but then in doing the bit after the service has been shambolic.

Dishonest process. Avoid & choose an alternative company.

Very helpful at very difficult times. Struggling to make ends meet due to loss of job so payment break put in place. Very understanding about my situation

I spoke with Martin McGougan, who really made the process easy and stress free for myself, he dealt with my enquiry quickly and professionally showing great empathy and found a solution.

Creditfix have always been consistently brilliant from the beginning of my IVA to 41 months in. I cannot find any faults with an excellent service from start to the point I'm at now. Well done for a service that has been very good always creditfix. Special thanks to Martin.

Huge thanks to Martin McGougan for his speedy and knowledgeable help in getting my card updated and ensuring that my payments will be getting through as they kept bouncing due to the system. Credit fix are a good company but unfortunately do have certain staff which do look down on you and other staff who are generally very nice and understanding.

Absolutely awful company. I paid £95 a month for 5 years then when I wanted to end my IVA to get a mortgage they forced me to pay £10,000 which was £2000 more than my original debt! Even after paying for all those years! So they actually added debt to me and then continued to take monthly payments with no way of cancelling it without talking to somebody which I nearly impossible! Dirty robbers disguised as helping people in debt. Avoid at all costs

Took out an IVA with credit fix and they are just completing the closure process now but co tribulations were higher than I owe but they are saying that will be refunded to me once it is settled - I watch this space

I took out an iva with these rip off merchants my health subsequently took a dive and I struggled with payments. Any understanding from these "people" was completely missing i even had a call from one of their team saying you are behind on your payments what are you going to do about it in a very aggressive manner. When the iva failed my debt was exactly what it was when I began all my payments went to their fees.

I was emailed 15th December telling me they owed me money and to call them to give my bank details. The woman I spoke to said the amount was £875 and I would receive it in 5-7 working days. I called 24th, obviously there was nobody who can help me. I emailed 29th and eventually received a reply a few days later telling me the amount had needed to be recalculated and had been reduced by £50. No reason was given for this and over a week later I am yet to receive any explanation or my money. After paying back 3k and then settling the entire debt on top after receiving an inheritance. This totalling 15k, being hounded for the inheritance because they dont understand how probate and a house sale work. They were quick enough to take 12k off me in September!!

If I could give them a zero I would. Contacting the financial ombudsman today to take my issue further. They totally blindsided me into my budget costs by pretending the call was for something else then just telling me the amounts i probably spend. I was so confused, I’m diagnosed with acute anxiety I started crying and now they are saying I owe £130 more per month. I also sent a full and final offer in months ago which they will not give me a proper response on at all. They are absolute charlatans and if I need to go to court I will.

I given zero star I have been with creditfix for nearly 3 years and I couldn’t pay because of my financial situation I called Creditfix to termination my account they threatening me it made me realise that I am being scammer I ring them many of times and sending email they ignored me Creditfix is pulling the customers down and ruined us I pray that new people see this reviews before join Creditfix

Why not we all support to each other taking them to court

They are here to chase you because of money, but not here when you need them. Stopped paying, i dont care what happens next. They are filling their own pockets, not the companies you owe. Complete scammers, avoid at any cost.
