Normally 5* for Cream Suppllies
A shame to be let down by Amazon. Cream Supplies uses Amazon delivery.....so my order did not arrive by Amazon. However Cream Supplies were quick to resolve this by sending a new order out by DPD and communication was excellent. Normally I am 5* for this company.

Thanks Lyn - sorry about Amazon. To be competitive we have to offer a low price courier option as well as DPD - and I'm not allowed to put a message on the website telling customers that Amazon are rubbish! Enjoy the Kokoa collection - I have a terrible habit of eating them out of the packet before I actually make my hot chocolate!
Always excellent
Always excellent, reasonably priced, they communicate things well if there's any issues. Ordered from them several times and will continue to do so. Would genuinely reccomend.

5* every time
My cafe has been using these guys consistently now for nearly a year, no problem, always prompt delivery. Great selection and I love that allergens and suitability for different diets are so clearly marked on the products online - something some wholesalers really don't have a grip on, which is madness when its such an important part of food supply. Will continue to use them and wish them all the best - seeing their matter of fact replies to silly negative reviews prompted me to leave this one. Support you guys, keep doing you.
