Exceptional and rare service to find these days.
Parcel was lost by carrier over easter weekend and there was a minor lapse in communication, Jonathan addressed the issue effectively within minutes and gave me options, the order was reshipped with extra on top on next day delivery with DPD.
I was pretty surprised I was worth the effort as being fair, my pathetic order of some co2 cartridges for bike punctures was less than a tenner and probably cost the business money in the end.
Top class, it is appreciated.
P.s the one star reviews are a hilarious read, it's pretty clear the majority of them are wholly undeserved. Hopefully this one makes up for one or two chancers.

Excellent but I'm still looking for a more recent version of the soda syphon spaklet holder though and can't find one. That's why I ended up ordering the wrong thing. It wasn't expensive bot don't know what to do with it now. Probably plastic recycling.

Hi Jock - ah I see you bought the vintage soda cartridge holder. If you go back to the site and order any of the cream whipper charger holders they will fit - let me know over email when you've done that and i'll refund the vintage one. Jonathan
