Very efficient service
Very efficient service. Great choice of products. I received a phone call letting me know there was a problem with an item I had ordered. I decided to reorder later and I received a refund. Great service rather than just not sending it! My second order from this company and there will be more as I get into the hobby. Thank you

An online purchase delivered with speed.
An online purchase, like I have made before. Nice and straightforward. A fast delivery and well packaged. As a Christmas present it has not been opened yet. But hoping a Garret detector made as usual to their exacting standard.

'Finders Screamers'
I bought 'Finders Screamers' by Doug Down. While I enjoyed the stories and thought the book had been well produced with plenty of illustrations, the author had been let down by the editing and proofreading. It was a shame to see so many misprints and I hope that if there is a second edition the author will be better served by the proof reader. The tales themselves are recommended.

Vastaus yritykseltä Crawfords Metal Detectors
Hey Katherine, really glad you mostly enjoyed this book and we're happy that you have left some feedback on it so that others have more of an idea on what to expect.
However, can we please note that you have provided the review of the book in the service section of Trustpilot, rather than the product area. This area is for feedback on the seller's service that was provided to you on this purchase. You have rated Crawfords as 4-star and we are constantly striving for 5-star reviews.
May we please ask that if you found the service at Crawfords to be of this standard, that you please amend your review? We really appreciate your feedback and the fact that you chose to shop with Crawfords Metal Detectors. Thank you
