Don’t buy courts online. The delivery is terrible. Your item will take forever to arrive. The customer service is also awful. Will not buy from here again.

Last Sunday 20 April 25 we were at Courts NEX enquiring about a trade in of 2 seaters sofa. Ms Bagia Denadu, Departmental Manager was assisting us on this. We managed to purchase a new 2 leather seaters sofa no doubt unable to trade in but she gave us a discount. She is very patience and helpful and go out of
her way to assist us. She always smiling and provides very good services.

I would like to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thank you to your sales staff - Azahar Harris, Marcus and warehouse team who had served us (self and wife) with great patience and professionalism.
We came to your Courts Megastore Tampines North today (17 April 2025) evening around 6.30 pm to purchase a new refrigerator. Mr Marcus had greet us and offer to assist with our purchase almost immediately. There was no “pushing “ of any brand but instead, we were shown all the brands and models across the floor with cost and factional capabilities for us to make an informed decision which we did happily. Due to the urgency of this request (in view of the ongoing festive season) we have requested for the item be sent to us ASAP. Even though the schedule shown was fulled and it was already after office standard hours, Mr Azahar, had gone beyond his duty to personally called and seek the help of your warehouse team to assist and accommodate our request for the delivery be made this Saturday. We finally received this confirmation at around 09.40 pm well after we reached our home which certainly show every effort were made by all to assist us.

I bought a new computer on Friday afternoon, 4/4/25, from Orchard Courts. I was served by JJ, who is an excellent asset to your company. He went out of his way to help set up the computer and was very patient, helpful, caring, detailed, effective and professional in all his dealings. After this, he even personally packed up the box, ensuring that I understand the basic care of the computer.

Beware when purchasing from COURTS—their return policy is disappointingly inadequate. I bought Bose Ultra earbuds that had connectivity issues right out of the box, and they asked me to send a video of the problem. Even after I complied, they refused to accept a return and simply said someone would contact me by email in 2–3 working days. In the meantime, I’m stuck with faulty earbuds and no clear timeline for a solution. From my experience, be prepared for a lengthy and cumbersome process if you encounter any issues with a product you buy from them. Go for Shopee, Lazada, or Amazon. They are much more developed.

The cashiers would sell the extended warranty telling customers that for whatsoever reasons the item will be repaired or replaced if need to even at customers fault .. so much for empty promises … courts should monitor what the sales person or cashiers tell to customers . More like a scam . End up they throw all the terms and conditions to you when ask for repair..

Bought online. It is supposed to be delivered by economy delivery which should arrive within 5 working days. 5 working days have passed and the order status has not changed. Seems like a scam, paid for the order and didn't get the item. Buyer beware. Contacted customer service, but there is no sense of urgency and no updates yet regarding my query.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received regarding the fridge I purchased from Courts, along with the 2+3 years extended warranty. The fridge has quite recently been malfunctioning and is now under Courts’ warranty, yet the handling of this matter has been nothing short of frustrating.

On February 4th, I contacted Courts about the issue, and a technician came on February 7th. The technician replaced the aircon fan the following day. However, after monitoring the fridge for an entire day, it was confirmed that the fridge was still not functioning.

On February 10th, the technician returned and confirmed that the fridge was beyond repair and would require further action. He assured me he would update Courts, yet I received no follow-up either from Courts or the technician. Despite calling Courts every single day, I was met with the same response that the matter was “pending technician review.”

On February 14th, another technician contacted me via WhatsApp, asking when they could inspect the fridge again. I responded promptly, yet there was no further communication or update from Courts. On February 21st, the technician called to inform me that Beko would inspect the fridge again. Beko arrived the same day, confirmed that the fridge was beyond repair, and noted visible mold inside the fridge. Despite this, there was still no update from Courts.

It is absolutely unacceptable that after nearly three weeks, I am still being told that my case is “pending technician review.” Is it now my responsibility to chase the technicians daily? Why is Courts not fulfilling its duty to resolve this matter efficiently?

Furthermore, Beko technicians have confirmed that they did not receive any communication from Courts regarding their review. When I purchased the fridge, they kept pushing us to buy the extended warranty, yet when it comes time to claim, I am subjected to unnecessary delays and multiple technician reviews.

I even visited Courts in person to seek a resolution, but the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. They instructed me to send an email, but no further assistance was provided. They just simply walked away.

This situation has been incredibly frustrating, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, and the slow handling of my warranty claim. It has now been almost a month without a functioning fridge, and I am demanding immediate action to resolve this matter.

Served by Mr Harry hao bought a hair dryer n shaver from him he did explained clearly n very patient with our questions deserved a compliment from me . Well done Harry 👍 . Next visit hoped to be served by u again

Ordered printer, selected delivery date on 1-Feb-2025. No news on the delivery till I call them to check out and they said Ninja Van have not yet pick up. Do have the courtesy to inform customer if the delivery cannot make it on the date so that at least they can make plan for the day.

What is the purpose of selecting a delivery date?

Very disappointed.

Delivery slot scheduled by COURTS was 7-9pm. About 9pm, the driver called to inform that he was on the way, and would arrive 10 minutes later. However, when no one showed up we tried to call him back but could not get through, so we dialled the Customer Service Hotline around 9.35pm. Thankfully the staff were patient and also managed to notify the supervisor of the delivery team. However, when 9.50pm came and we still did not receive an update from the delivery personnel, we contacted the Customer service again and were informed that delivery might be as late as 10.30pm.
Finally at 10.10pm we managed to talk to the delivery driver who said he would reach within 20 minutes. He finally arrived with the new washing machine just a few minutes before 10.30pm...then proceeded to remove the old washer and install the new one. It was very unprofessional not to update the customer about the delay and it cause great inconvenience for my elderly MIL who is suffering from a fractured shoulder. This incident has betrayed our trust in COURTS...almost wish the delivery payment could be waived as a form of compensation.

I am writing here as customer service do not take any action to fix issue despite communicated 16days ago.

Very very bad customer service at Orchard road. The Chinese bespectacled IT salesman argued with me when so asked him politely to come to one side and have a talk regarding his so called Malay male IT promoter speaking to me in a very rude way. But that Chinese IT man told me his sales promoter is good blah blah. But to what I see it was not, both of them got working attitude problem. Sales promoter accused me of putting my words into his mouth which was totally untrue.Chinese IT salesmsn kept on siding his malayu male colleague. Especially the Chinese IT Salesman. He was very disrespectful to me while he was speaking to me, kept on pointing his right fingers at me.

This is so ridiculous.

I am very disappointed with courts customer service

We bought our Phillips Vacuum & Mop today. Kelvin ( Ah Boy) was very helpful! He is very knowledgeable in the product & did a good demonstration. He patiently answered all our questions. He’s really a good salesman! A few years back we bought our stick vacuum with him too that’s why we looked for him again this time around!

Made online tablet purchase from courts on 03/12/24. Reminded their CSR (hayati) on 4th working day of court's delivery policy lead time of 3 to 5 working days. Thereafter, courts issued an email delivery confirmation for 09/12/24 from 3pm to 7pm. I contacted the CSR (rone) at 9pm since there was no sign of said delivery. Rone informed that their "online sales" department had cancelled the delivery although she was unable to provide the reason for doing so. No remedies were offered except the usual apology templates and definitely no explanation as to why courts would consistently deviate from their own delivery policies. I say this judging from the other trustpilot reviews of courts online purchases relating similar horror experiences. The CSR could neither provide a tentative redelivery date nor any company contacts who could do so. Courts singapore was established in 1974 yet their "online sales" department behaves like a shady offshoot operating without regard for their customer. It is shameful retail malpractice most unbefitting of court's good name.

very bad service after sales. bought high-end washing machine at courts at causeway point few days ago and delivered to my place yesterday. upon installation, i was told that i need to buy a water hose because the original hose doesn't fit my water pipe. I then called courts sales, and he said that he has informed on the matter on the date of purchase. I was shocked he said that, because whole section he was introducing only the function of the washer, only asked me which model of washer i am using currently. I won't be so mad if he has ever mentioned the water hose matter. anyway I had paid the water hose.

Ordered a sewing machine and had the impression that delivery was going to be confirmed within 3-5 business days. But it had been 14 business days before I got sent a delivery confirmation - kept calling to get a confirmation but customer service just kept telling me to wait for email.

Decided to then cancel the order as there was no news. 3 DAYS AFTER CANCELLATION, I RECEIVED A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. I was so confused? Customer service is non-existent.

On 15/11/24 Courts sent his guy for site measurement on my unit together with my Reno ID Boss present.Their coordination was terrible and the Courts guy did not even provide a VIDEO of how the trunking would be installed or not even provided a written confirmation as I had provided him a hard copy of the floor plan.Now the whole trunking was installed wrongly and my wardrobe and all bedframe are affected To do reroute of trunking again,COURTS wanted to charge me extra cost of $1200+- and COURTS told me I have to fully bear the cost as Courts mentioned the installer had provided the video prior to the 19/11/24 installation.So now I asked COURTS to show me the Date/Time and WhatsApp of the Installer whom claimed he had provided me but they can't produce this evidence at all !! I am now sandwiched in between the rogue Reno ID Boss and the irresponsible COURTS Installer.I think I have to present the issue to CASE and Small Claim Tribunals since I have to recoup the $1200+- as I cannot afford to delay my current Reno project that has to continue, otherwise I cannot move in to the resale flat by 13/12/24 as I have to hand over the other resale flat to another new owner or I will be charge extra cost for not handing over on time !This is a nightmare to purchase aircon from COURTS !!
