A very clear website

A very clear website, which enabled me to find the correct foot for my particular machine. It was an expensive walking foot, so didn't want to buy the wrong one.
Dispatch was excellent too.

I telephoned yesterday morning because…

I telephoned yesterday morning because I wanted to go myself to buy the Brother SDX2250 Scan 'n Cut, rather than having it delivered. The ladies were all lovely when I went in and asked what I needed, and I was told that everything was already included in the bundle package I purchased. I was even told that if I needed to know anything to telephone they are always there to help. I did telephone because I couldn't register something in the end, and we worked it out together. I already told them yesterday that I will be taking it there for servicing, etc.

Good company

When ordering from this. Company you just know you’re going to get good service. Prices are competitive and they are quick at dispatching your order

I would definitely recommend Couling

The website was really clear and fairly easy to navigate. I found what I needed (I’m a complete novice so appreciated the clear description) The product was with me within a few days too so I would definitely use this company again.

Ordering was easy

My query was answered quickly, which enabled me to order the item I needed. My only criticism is that I wasn't told when the item had been despatched, I was away for the weekend and when I got back I eventually found it in the coal bunker.
