Evan was extremely helpful and customer focused on the phone helping me purchase a desk and filing cabinet at the end of the Black Friday sale. He took the stress away by placing the order at the sale prices, taking payment and arranging a delivery date.

The staff lovely friendly and very helpful. Was served by Paul the Manager on a very wet day. I have lots of rustic oak furniture and decided I wanted a coffee table as well, the weather was appalling but we decided to support the high street and travel from Welford on Avon to leamington, Paul the manager advised it was a discontinued item and on line only, he had it sorted very quickly and removed delivery as we were soaked and had made effort to visit the shop, more of us need to do this and keep them open. Thanks Paul your a credit to the owners.

Excellent service and help from Evan & Paul with placing an order for furniture, bed, wardrobes and rug. Thank you for making the whole process easy to understand and explaining the questions that we had.

Staff were visible and attentive but initially allowed us to browse freely. However when we requested advice they were patient and listened carefully to what we were looking before offering a variety of solutions. The professional expertise and experience was invaluable and extremely welcome.

Fantastic service by Paul at Cotswold Company in Leamington Spa. We visited over the summer and the team couldn’t have been more helpful, then placed our order over the phone a few weeks later when our new kitchen was being installed. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to specify our preferred delivery date.

The manager Paul in the Leamington branch was really knowledgeable and gave great advice, whilst I was making decisions about the type of furniture I was buying with sizes and different dimensions and designs.
The delivery team Andy Burke and Ryan Hutchinson were exceptional , they were friendly and professional and took great care whilst assembling my furniture and were so mindful that I had new carpets and removed their shoes , they were both so respectful of my home. A big thank you to the team at Cotswold leamington, I am thrilled with my furniture.

I went into the showroom today at Leamington Spa with the intention of making a final choice on which piece of furniture to purchase. I found that the male employee I approached in the shop to be rude, patronising and dismissive. Luckily I know other showrooms in different towns who are very polite and extremely helpful and have guided me to my past purchases. Not impressed.

I’d like to thank Sadiki and Aro, the delivery team who delivered our dresser. There was a hiccup regarding the unpacking and assembly service, but they took the time to get it all sorted out for us, then went on to do a great job. They were very pleasant, tidy and attentive.
