This program is SO counter intuitive! You spend most of your time trying to figure out why you are getting error messages than actually creating. It cant communicate with it's own sister programs that come in the same bundle which is insane because all of the most basic tools are singularly spread out between them. This program sucks! HARD! I have never yelled at my screen before!

Corel was once a great company creating professional graphics software used by many. The last 10 years is a mismanaged confused bunch of programmers with no target and direction. Look up any of their titles and you'll be welcomed with large numbers of dissatisfied customers even angry former clients.
Their trial versions can't even be installed correctly on 60% of computers so the company hardly gets any new customers. Problem is they don't even care. Their tech support is the oposite of top notch. The general consensus in the graphic artist community is that Corel software is the worst there is and god forbit if you're FORCED to use it. The mean time for crashing a Corel app is 10 minutes. So beware.

Got VideoStudio at the start of the year. It was simple to use, but crashed a lot. I purchased several plugins and that is when the trouble began. VideoStudio would not open. It took them ages to give me a solution, which was, delete everything and then re-install it. 1 week later and it happens again. They have not provided me a solution this time. I have told them it's losing me money, as I need VideoStudio for my work. I will be purchasing another company's software and learning how to use it, because this cannot happen again.

Cor el is a software maker and a seller including WinZip, Videostudio Ultimate 2020, etc. I bought the Videostudio Ultimate 2020. It was an online purchase. While in the process of buying, Corel will not let me to go to the check out and finish the purchase. Corel insisted that I buy other products such as Motion Studio, Painter and others. I bought them.

The most unfortunate part is that none of the software worked after downloading. Even more, they interfered with my other products and prevented them from working properly.

I deleted all Corel products from my computer so that I can get my computer to normal. I use Windows 10 Workstation.

If Corel is an honest company they should refund all the money I paid them. I have deleted all their software from my computer.

DON'T BUY CORAL VIDEO SOFTWARE AT ANY PRICE.
I purchased coral video back in July the editing side works fine but as it will not render the finished product, so totally pointless this is a wide spread problem even on there latest version, after two weeks communicating with there so called technician whose advice included turning of both my firewall and antivirus, it is clear there technician is just a guy in India reading of a script i use to be a big fan of early coral video ,but this time its been a wast of money.

I am stupidly kicking myself for not checking the reviews - I bought the Video Studio Ultimate 2020 but it doesn’t work! I downloaded it but soon found that the ‘customer support service’ is non-existent. So far after near 5 days of trying to get it working I have had one customer support email saying rip out 2 Microsoft programs. It is still doesn’t work. I need to put in a claim against PayPal for a refund.

Not worth it since they have pop ups every time the program is closed and when the computer is operating. One pop up appears in the corner of the monitor and the other in the program during exit.

They keep pushing their sales pop ups everyday which they never asked permission for such a thing before. This company is unethical and pushy.

Bis vor kurzem habe ich Corel Draw X5 genutzt. Jetzt hat Corel die Software mit meiner Lizenz aus der ferne stillgelegt, da meine Installation angeblich illegal ist. Die Software habe ich damals gekauft und ich bin im Besitz eines Orginal Handbuches, einer DVD und einer Product Authenticity Card.
Der Support ist in diesem Zusammenhang für offensichtliche Tatsachen so zugänglich wie Donald Trump und bietet mir immer nur eine neue Version für 349,- Euro an. Beim Lesen der Anworten hat man eher das Gefühl mit dem Vertrieb, als mit dem Support zu kommunizieren.
Somit bleibt mir nur festzustellen, dass es sich um lupenreinen Betrug handelt.

I considered buying VideoStudio from Coral, but found their download is bundled with malware agent (CUH.EXE), which causes ads and explorer to crash. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Please stay away from their products!

I see that the people has complaints about their customer service. That did not make sense for me since there is no such a customer service. There are some people that suggesting me a solution, which I have already mentioned in my message that it does not work. I think they have an apologize button on their screen; they cannot give any answer and keep pushing this button.I will rate them once they decide to have a real customer service.

Unbelievable what a bad support. They ask you to send system information and after you sent this immediately without hesitating they close your ticket , accusing you of not having replied within 3 days.

Vorsicht schrecklich... Das schlimmste Programm das man nur kaufen kann. Jeder im Internet weis es siehe Bewertungen auf keinen Fall kaufen selbst jede 10 euro software ist besser. Unbedingt Finger Weg VORSICHT!

Corel's products, eg Paint Shop Pro, used to be excellent - they are now dire and unusable. Issues include: Daily desktop popup ads that cannot be removed. Files / folders left locked after closing software. Repeated, constant random crashes. Refusal to acknowledge bugs. 10 second delay when opening Paintshop Pro (if it opens at all). Software support that just keep repeating fixes that do not change anything since the issues are in Corel's ancient code. Support that hangs up on chat calls without reason. Refusal to refund. (Photo/Video Bundle). Don't purchase - you will lose your money and be left with software that simply does not work is that is wholly unfit for purpose. They are selling products knowing that they are unlikely to function. In my book that is fraud and I certainly feel defrauded.

If you get a new computer and want to move paint shop pro to the new computer, then you can't do it. I contacted customer services with this issue and couldn't get anywhere, I think the email replies I got actually came from an automated response like Alexa. It was that bad.

When you send an email, their system responds (with a useless response), your original message is removed, so makes things really difficult. It then keeps contacting you every day asking for updated information. For over a week I have kept asking "what information" and get the same identical response asking for updated information every day.

I purchased Photoshop Pro 2020 and downloaded online, the product key does not work, Corel refuse to help or refund. Been using Corel for 20 years, must have new owners. They send me emails telling me to click link to knowledge page and when I try that I am blocked. If they can send me notifications and tell me about responses then they could just send me the info I need. They have very efficient methods to take my money but nothing for helping me. So I have the photoshop pro that i cannot use and no help and no refund. Lousy company now.

Ich habe mir vor ca. 2 Jahren Corel Video StudioX10 gekauft (war Schüler, 60€ waren also echt viel Geld). Nach der Installation gingen einige Programme wie BroisFX nicht, das Programm stürzte oft ab und die Bewegungsverfolgung war ungenau. Ich habe mich recht schnell mit dem Support in Kontakt gesetzt. Ich bekam keine fachliche Hilfe, sollte das Programm neu installieren, Ordner umbenennen und noch ein paar andere Sachen, doch es half nichts davon. Ich habe mich jetzt 2 Jahre lang regelmäßig dem Support geschrieben, immer die selben nutzlosen Tipps. Dann nach zwei Jahren ohne Hilfe, schreibt mir der Support, dass man nichts mehr machen kann, da des kein Support für das Produkt mehr gibt.
Ich möchte anmerken:
- Ich habe mir für 60€ ein Programm gekauft
- Sehr viele versprochene Elemente gingen nicht
- Der Support war unsachlich und hat nicht geholfen
- Support wird schon nach zwei Jahren eingestellt
- Ich habe das Programm nicht neu bekommen oder
mein Geld erstattet bekommen.

Deshalb empfehle ich niemanden, bei diesem unseriösen Unternehmen einzukaufen. Sucht euch lieber eine alternative!

Great program, but the popups are driving me insane! Your thirst for money has really turned me off of this product line, which I have used since version 4. So very disappointing.

Somewhat surprised to see the poor reviews here.

I have been using Paintshop Pro for a few years now, and just upgraded to 2021 Pro Ultimate. I'm not a hardcore user, but dabble in it for fun.

I was, though, able to grab a copy of Wordperfect Office Professional dirty cheap through my University. Overall, I like it. Can't give a full five stars for the following reason though:
1) Wish they updated the toolbar. It is outdated. I don't mind it, but I do like the look of how other programs are going.
2) Would like to see some direct integration to cloud services that OneDrive, Google Drive, pCloud, etc... I have pCloud for cloud storage, and it's ok on my computers as I can link directly to the cloud drive. But in-software support would be great.

Also... please, please, please develop some sort of Android app. I don't like having to use WP on my computers, and something different on my mobile devices. Wouldn't mind a standalone e-mail program either, and make it a fully integrated software suite.

If you can grab any of their software on sale, do it. It can be pricey, but it is a good alternative to Office 365 for those looking for it.

Been using Coreldraw for many years and not had any major issues til now. Trying to install my Coreldraw 19 on my new laptop and having all sorts of issues. Talked to 5 different people at Corel to try and help fix it and they arent any help. I've asked multiple times to remote in and assist but I guess they don't do that, they just ignore me when i ask. Loosing money each day I cant work. Awesome. Worst customer service. I will not be buying this software going forward and will definitely not recommend to any of my design friends.
