TOTAL SCAM -What I received is not even close to what they advertised.

Ordered a complete set of mechanical nuts bolts and screws in a case. Order placed 2.5mo the ago. Order arrived 2 days ago completely different to what I ordered. Upon talking to customer services they tell me that the dispatch team work to the highest standards and check things thoroughly. Obviously not even after sending the picture of what I received and a what I ordered they still.could not agree that the order delivered was wrong.
Please be very aware if you do buy but if you want my advice DONT DO IT.

Absolute scamming bastards. Advertised as a brand name product but sent a cheap nasty unbranded knockoff that is just so bad!

This is a total scam. Facebook is full of these fake scammers stealing hard working people’s money.

I didn't get anything eventhough their track and trace said it was delivered. It was supposed to be delivered by a Chinese company, that hands it over to local company. I am supposed to contact the local shipper, but they won't tell which one they used.

My product was never delivered. They said it was. I'm retired and home all the time. Never received it.

I ordered the product HW Painless Blood Glucose ALL DAY order #8073S102187. The product is suppose to be HW GT5. They shipped me HW 28 (which is only a fitness and heart rate monitoring not Glucose). I sent them the pic and email immediately. They offered me 4USD discount when I paid over $44. Each time they keep sending me 2USD more discount to 8USD. I keep telling them I don't need the old product. Sent me what I ordered or refund me the money. No luck. Their return policy is only on books. Do not expect any service as they don't care.

My package did arrive but looked nothing like the photo and horrid quality, I only received an £8 refund off of £27

230$ Scam : My order #8073S93054 was never delivered. Tracking #12909735848583121000 has shown “in transit” since April 4, 2025 — it's now been over 62 days waiting for the package. I was also overcharged, and no one has responded to my emails.

This is unacceptable. If I don’t get a refund or delivery ASAP, I will report this to international authorities. "Hamza / Zavidax1"

Product they sent shreaded the internals first use. Only offer a 10-20% refund after many attempts to get refund. The sell cheap crap then delay and deflect to refund

support at continuale.com Doesn’t reply many of my emails. From 2nd it is ready to send but tracking doesn’t move at all. Do not buy this as you are wasting your money. I would say it is a scam.

First I was overcharged tax on my order, they did compensate that then they said they shipped item i eas sent tracking info took a month, said it was delivered by post office. Never was. Contacted local Post Office they never received the package. Many emails back and forth now stating I should file a claim with shipping company. In my opinion they are atotally fraudulent site.

Order kwam. Maar verre van compleet. Klantenservice werkt niet mee. Bieden laag geldbedrag voor compensatie, maar is verre van de waarde van het niet geleverde item. Echt waardeloze klantenservice. Veel mailverkeer met klantenservice, maar weinig tot geen resultaat. ze willen gewoon niet leveren, maar wel hun geld vangen.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. These were sent but never arrived. The carrier (CTT Express) reported that the parcel had been delivered, but I received nothing. E-mails and calls to the carrier were not answered. The support request for a replacement was rejected by Continuale. The parcel had been delivered and there was nothing more for them to do. Apart from that, they no longer work with the carrier. Thank you very much. They obviously know why. They didn't care about customer satisfaction. It was a disappointing deal that I will certainly not repeat.
