Garbage mascara
I purchased the mascara and the product did nothing to length my lashes. I requested a refund and it took six emails for the company to provide a return address. They wanted me to exchange the product for something else. The product was returned.

Very impressed
Very impressed that the order arrived so quickly. I have to tell you, though the delivery service you are using is not reliable. They did not bring it to the front door or even leave it by the front mat. They tossed it into an open garage and my husband could’ve run over it by backing his car out.
As for the mascara itself, I am very impressed that it makes my lashes look great.
I only have one request. How do I remove it at night?

For removal, we recommend using a gentle oil-based or waterproof eye makeup remover. Let it sit on your lashes for about 15–20 seconds to break down the formula, then gently wipe downward — no rubbing needed. This helps remove it easily while protecting your lashes.

The mascara from Cellmetics designed for older women is excellent. I’ve been using mascaras since I was 14. I’m 75 now. My needs are different and Cellmetics , after trying dozens of others, is just what I needed. This mascara defines, doesn’t clump, doesn’t smear or leave black shadows under my eyes. The eyeliner pencil works equally as well.

The mascara didn't clump when I applied it and wore well but was easy to remove. It also never bothered my eyes.

I am so pleased to find good quality mascara in a true brown (elderly,, fading strawberry blonde, fair complexion). My only negative comments - the brush works pretty well on upper lashes, is difficult to get color on lower lashes; and somewhat difficult to remove mascara when needed.

We appreciate your honest comments as well. For the lower lashes, we recommend using just the very tip of the wand for more precise application. For removal, a gentle oil-based or waterproof eye makeup remover and letting it sit for 15–20 seconds before wiping usually helps it come off more easily without rubbing!
