My xbox series x had the HDMI port not working properly then the power suply went, I sent it to console wizards and they gave me a fair quote to repair both issues and I got my xbox back within a week all working again. I would recommend and certianly use them again for any problems (hopefully I don't need to!)

Sent off my ps5 to the console wizard and he is just that i was told to expect 1-5 days for the work and another day postals however it was back within 4 days
He fixed an issue that some fixers wont do and at 80 odd quid its alot cheaper than elsewhere and i live in southern england

I sent my son's PS5 controller for repair and it was an excellent experience throughout. The website is clear and easy to navigate and selecting what I needed was simple. I sent the controller off and got an acknowledgement straight away. I'd asked for a stick repair and a button repair but they actually called me to say the button had passed testing and didn't need to be fixed. They could have easily just done it and charged me anyway so I was super impressed with the honesty. It was repaired and sent back within a couple of days. Overall an excellent experience. Had a issue with my sons PlayStation 5 (Not powering up) Mark explained in detail of what he repaired, Fantastic service, Excellent customer service, I cant recommended this company enough.

Had to send my playstation in due to having issues with it turning off while trying to play games. i’ve had this issue before and had to send it to playstation which cost £250. Console Wizard charged around £90 including insured shipping, it only took a week for it to return to me after sending it out and it works perfectly now. Could not be happier.

I shopped around for a loooong time before settling with this company for my repair as it's such an expensive fix and I am so glad I took my time.

Shipping was a breeze and the console was repaired and on it's way back to me within 12 hours of it arriving at their shop.

Had a black PS5 controller that got stick drift after I dropped it at an acute angle and it was tolerable for a bit but then became unbearable, and i decided to finally get it fixed and i found console wizard where it was a smooth and easy process. Prices were good and timing was good as well, but one thing I’d suggest is better communication but that can be easily sorted and I recommend these guys definitely! Will be sending my Nintendo switch controller for these guys to fix as well (drift unfortunately 🙁)

Nintendo switch - failed charge port. My kids decided to put a Micro-USB charging cable into the USB-C charge port of the switch, needless to say, it didn't end well. The port was mangled, was tripping all my chargers and was immediately diagnosed by Mark when I dropped it off. I was advised at the time that depending on what broke, it would be potentially one of two costs. £65 for the USB port only, or £95 if the charge controller blew too (this is fairly common on the switches, so I've heard). After a week, I got a phone call with good news, and the charge port was the only part that was faulty. I have the switch back and the kids are over the moon that they can use it again. Honestly, I wouldn't even be able to tell that it's had a repair just looking at it. The soldering job was absolutely perfect, the alignment to the chassis is spot on. I would absolutely recommend using them, and I will 100% be using them in future (to perhaps install some hall effect sensors on my PS5 controller). I wish I knew about these guys a few years back. I binned a PS3 fat, which could have been repaired instead of going to landfill.

After sending my Switch to Nintendo and having them reject it due to a stripped screw making it "irreparable" I really wasn't sure what to. I called console wizard who said it shouldn't be a problem and I dropped it off a week later.
Not only were they friendly, welcoming and reassuring, but they were clear about time frames (and apologetic that it could take them a couple of days) and within 3 days my switch was fixed and the stripped screw replaced.
The price was incredibly reasonable and definitely cheaper than what Nintendo would have charged even if they could have fixed it.
I won't ever get an out of warranty console repaired by anyone else, these guys know their stuff and I trust that they could tackle anything.

Brilliant service excellent help and a really great cost. I needed my PS4 to be diagnosed as it couldn't play games only DVDs. I had tried everything I could find online and you tube but nothing worked for me.
Console wizard is in Bolton and I spoke to them by phone.
They explained everything the whole process seems easy but until you choose this service you never know how good a place is. The price lists seem a bit expensive on the website but I was convinced I believed they could fix it. So I packaged up and sent it off. If they can't fix it they will tell you and send it back in the same packaging. If they can diagnose and fix it they tell you how much and you decide whether to go ahead or not.
The website prices look expensive so I was imagining it would cost me about 50 to 100 pounds.
To my surprise I was only charged 20 pounds for the service and they also factory reset it for me. Very happy, amazing quick service. Honestly this is an honest review so believe me and get your console fixed securely, professionally and for a few quid. Well done Wizards I can feel your magic.

Previously fixed an overheating Xbox One so when our iPhone 14 lightning port broke we took it to Console Wizard store. Exceptional service - fixed in seconds and didn't charge - what a refreshing experience from an honest and reliable team. Thank you.

I contacted them before hand to ask what the issue was with my my backwards compatible PS3 to as it was showing black and white lines across the screen at random times. They stated a reflow would fix this and that they would fully test it before sending the ps3 back to me. But after they sent it back it was still showing the exact problem with the black and white lines. They asked me to send it back to them to which they attempted the reflow again to which still did not fix the problem. I contacted another company to which they stated that a reflow would not of solved the problem as the black and white lines is another problem relating to overheating and that the PS3 required to have another repair done to it. Also customer service is not the best as it took me a whole day to contact them via phone and they did not respond to my email. They also said they forgot. I did request a refund to which i did receive

Sent my Nintendo DS in to have the top screen replaced and these bodge job cowboys somehow managed to break the game slot. Seems to be something pushing through from behind the game slot so that the cartridges don't fit in properly and the games freeze up constantly. I have photographs of before and after they 'repaired' it so I can prove it's their fault but they refused to fix it and refused to refund me the cost of 'repairing' my console. Steer clear of these vandals

Had a wii console which kept having problems reading disks after half an hour or so. Internet search suggested a laser problem. Sent it in to ConsoleWizard, they called my up when it arrived to say it looked like it was working and discuss the issue, to check I wasn't wasting my money. After discussion went ahead. Repair delivered the next day, total turnaround was 3 days. Kids very happy with the result - everything working great.

I brought my PS4 to their shop, they are so helpful and friendly. They just took 5 mins to replace my power supply parts and fix my console. Thank you very much!!

My son's Nintendo Switch was refusing to charge and had therefore become useless. I had done a bit of research on potential issues and solutions. Sending to Nintendo felt like the safest option but after reading their reviews, I no longer felt confident. Doing a bit of digging, I came across Console Wizard. I booked in for the diagnosis option and sent details of the issue plus a couple of other annoyances with the controllers. They came back to me within days after finding the issue (it wasn't what I had originally thought) and gave a really fair price to fix. They said the controllers and console seemed fine so weren't sure what was causing the disconnect (could have easily charged to 'fix' this but were honest instead and said no problem). The console was returned within days by courier and it has been perfect since. What is strange, is that the controllers have also not had issues either. Fab company and lovely bunch.

I sent my DS Lite off for repair in October. It works very well now! These guys are very approachable, friendly and honest people. I definitely recommend using their services and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Console Wizard fixed my PS5 super fast. The customer service was excellent and I was kept up to date throughout. I posted the console to them and this worked really well so even if you are not local, I 100% recommend these guys.
