Tietoja yrityksestä Concealed Coalition
Yrityksen kirjoittama
Concealed Coalition is a U.S.-based firearm training organization that provides state-compliant concealed carry education and safety instruction for eligible adults. The company connects individuals with certified instructors and structured training programs designed to meet state-specific permitting requirements.
The organization operates through a nationwide network of instructors and an online platform that allows individuals to register for courses, review state guidelines, and access educational materials. Concealed Coalition does not issue permits directly; concealed carry permits are issued solely by the appropriate state or local authority following successful completion of required steps.
The training process typically includes classroom or online education covering firearm safety fundamentals, applicable laws, and responsible ownership principles. In many states, instruction may also include a live-fire qualification component conducted by a certified instructor in accordance with state regulations.
Permit approval decisions are made exclusively by the relevant issuing authority and are subject to background checks and statutory eligibility criteria. Completion of a training course does not guarantee permit issuance.
Concealed Coalition provides educational resources to help individuals understand evolving state laws, reciprocity considerations, and responsible firearm storage practices. The company emphasizes legal compliance, safety awareness, and informed decision-making throughout the training process.
Operating nationwide, Concealed Coalition supports individuals seeking structured firearm education through a standardized, compliance-oriented framework designed to align with current state requirements.

NY State Concealed Carry class w/K.C Brown
Took the NY State concealed carry permit with K.C Brown 7/25-26/26. He was an incredible instructor. He was thorough in his teaching, making sure we understood all the topics covered and took the time to answer all questions. Highly recommend this course with him and Concealed Coalition to any and all who want a NY concealed carry permit.

If I could give negative stars I …
If I could give negative stars I would. Signed up on line for the class as my son took the same one that was CCW for 3 hours. Due to law changes, it was now 8 hours at two different locations (20 minutes apart). I called back within 5 minutes to cancel and get my money back as I was not ready to invest that much time. They very smugly said, no refunds - it is posted on our website. I said it had only been 5 minutes and told them why. After arguing for 5 minutes, they asked if I would like a supervisor to review my request. I said yes. They said I would hear back in 48 hours. Within 3 hours I received the email stating it was reviewed and DENIED. I immediately called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I had the order and the cancellation within 5 minutes and they credited my money immediately. This company does not seem to care or know what customer service is. Stay away. Find someone else.

The certificate is useless spent $89 for something that’s useless. Still need to go in front of someone which I kind of thought your site was kind of too good to be true. I regret even doing it because I could’ve just went to a class and probably spent the same amount of money now I gotta spend $89 which I spent and then how much it was gonna cost to pay for somebody to stand in front of me while I show him how to use a handgun useless site I regret every second of doing it. I can’t state this enough.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback, Edwin! We are certainly NOT a scam. We are a highly reputable and professional company. We are sorry to hear that you did not have an exceedingly positive experience with Concealed Coalition. It is always our goal to provide top-notch, professional training courses, and our website is detailed regarding what we offer.
It is generally an individual's responsibility to understand the full carry permit application process in their state of residence, however, our team is available directly at 800-990-5594 during normal business hours for ANY questions or concerns prior to signing up, during the process, and after! We are always happy to assist and provide more information.
Depending on your state of residence, there may be elements of qualification that must be attended in-person. Some states require the entire course to be in-person. Other states allow the classroom to be done online, but live-fire is still required (which must be done at a range). These are things that we always encourage individuals to research before registration, and again is information we provide through our customer care representatives.
If you would like to provide more details regarding your dissatisfaction, please reach out via phone or email. It would benefit both you and our team to get a clearer understanding of the issues you have encountered. 🙌

Stay away
Stay away. Cancelled class after a couple hours when I found out that I didn't need it in my State. Here is their policy "All other refunds are on a case-by-case basis." Every case gets denied as far as it was explained to me. Very murky at best. Should state no refunds period! Also they add several items if you just click on the class purchase. You have to OPT_OUT or else they pad you bill. Very sketchy business practices. Stay away.

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns, Gregory! We apologize for any confusion regarding our course offerings or cancellation/refund policies. All of this information (and more) is clearly outlined on our website FAQs and through our customer care representatives via phone.
It is generally an individual's responsibility to understand the full carry permit application process in their state of residence, however, our team is available directly at 800-990-5594 during normal business hours for ANY questions or concerns prior to signing up, during the process, and after! Refunds are issued based on the reason for cancellation and the individual circumstances surrounding registration.
Though there are some states that do not mandate a course be taken, we firmly believe that firearm training is vital for anyone who intends to carry! Our classes cover topics such as firearm best practices for safety and handling, state-specific laws, situational awareness, threat avoidance, child access prevention, measured responses to danger, and more.
Lastly, yes, we do have additional products available for purchase along with course registration. These are always optional and are not required to attend the class. Our team would be more than happy to assist if any of these add-ons were included incidentally during the check-out process, though there is a breakdown screen of what you're paying for prior to purchasing. 🙌
