This is a fun, well-organized, and creative company and you can feel safe in exploring all the variety they offer here without concern for any risks or possible difficulties you might have experienced with any other company (although, I can't really think of any other company that offers what The Shift Network offers)!

The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. I had some problems registering for a course (which has not happened before) and they were very responsive, kind and thorough in their response. I also had a misunderstanding about one of the course bonus materials and they were extremely gracious about it, and helped me to receive it anyway. How they handle problems speaks volumes about their integrity as a team. I would not hesitate to purchase courses from the Shift Network in the future.

Very poor and poor communication with support after their course would not play. This gives the spiritual community a bad name and this company should either make sure what they offer is playing instead they send you an email telling you they’ll deal with your request within 48 hours which is of no use to man nor beast when you’re waiting for a session to play. Shocking support !111

We’re very sorry you had difficulty accessing our free online event. We understand how frustrating it can be to be ready for a scheduled broadcast and then be unable to watch it.
Our records show that you contacted us shortly after the event began on Saturday, and our team responded within 11 minutes. Although our automated message allows up to 48 hours—particularly on weekends and holidays—our team usually responds much sooner and does prioritize time-sensitive inquiries. We’re sorry our response didn’t provide the help you needed in that moment.
Although we didn’t experience any tech issues with the livestream and many attendees joined, individual browser, device, or connection issues can sometimes affect streaming. We’ll follow up with you directly to ensure you receive the recording link so you can still enjoy the talk. 🌷
