Our driver has taken your parcel to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect. The card left by our driver will give the details of the Post Office. This card and a form of ID should be taken when collecting the parcel.

What made this purchase soo easy and simple was that the website is very straightforward and simple to use. I made my order in a evening and the following day my order was delivered by 10am.

Good price, good service, fast delivery; but lucky I work from home
I ordered 3 x things into two deliveries from Comet and they arrived very quickly.
The price, service and speed of delivery were 5 star on both orders.
My only complaint is that you have to track the delivery through the couriers website and there was no indication of when the orders would be delivered through text or email from the couriers and I had to keep looking on their website for a date and time.
If Comet could find a way to enhance and give better delivery information that would be extremely helpful, luckily I work from home, but I would imagine if I didn’t taking the deliveries would have been a bit tricky.

Tower Freedom 13 piece cerastone set
I had to return my saucepans as they didn’t heat on my induction hob, although advertised they should have.
After testing all 5 as required by the customer service team, I eventually received a paid returns label and an agreed full refund.
