My lord do not order from this site
My lord do not order from this site! I ordered directly from them as to not support Amazon but honestly this is one product you should get on Amazon because their return and refund policy is a nightmare to go through. I had to email them multiple times just for the shipping label and it’s been 10 days since I’ve returned my leggings(due to them being in the wrong size) and I still haven’t received a refund and they are the worst at getting back to you. Even their social media accounts say “they can’t assist” and just redirect you to their email which doesn’t make sense to me. Long story short order strictly from Amazon and they are great quality leggings other than that. Hence the 2 stars.

Great Leggings, Shipping has a verrry long wait time
I placed an order with them on 29th of April 2020. It is the 30th of June today and I still haven't received my items.
I emailed their customer service and was told it was shipped on 4th of May and dispatched on 28th of May and might be delayed due to the Covid restrictions.
After that my follow up emails have gone unanswered.
I have waitied an additional month, today is the 30th of June and no package yet.
Their social media team on instagram claim they can't help and to email their customer service. They delete any negative comments Ieft on their page following up on my order.
Definitely do not recommend shopping via their direct website. At this point I just want a refund!
Edit : They finally refunded me the entire amount in the first week of July. Hoever on the 20th of July 3 months after I placed the order the package finally arrived. I contacted them them to offer to repay the refunded amount, but they told me it was not necessary.
The leggings though, are really great quality and feel fantastic. I wish the shipping experience had been a bit better because after recieving these I really wish I could order more.
