Experience good as to ordering ease. Very happy with qualiaty of product but, unfortunately slipcovers were too small and had to return. Therefore, total experience incomplete and awaiting finalization.

The items arrived on time, but the plastic around the T shirts was embedded in the packaging, making the plastic around them rip. They are a gift so ai will have teo explain why I am giving them as damaged.

One of my items was defective (Reaper) only one eye worked so I am waiting on my refund. I have purchased a lot of items over the years and this is the first problem I have had so I guess I was pretty lucky. I love the prices and the service you provide, this is a great company.

I've been doing business with collections etc for years used to love them but my last order was all messed up they forgot to send an item one item was on backorder I canceled it but they shipped it anyway without telling me and they charged me $23 for shipping which they advertise free shipping with 2 items ordered not true i won't be ordering from them anymore be careful what you order because you can't cancel anything they always tell you your order has already been processed

The magnetic blinds are great; but they need bottom magnets to keep them in place.

Received order of religious throws which are used for bereavement ministry at my church. There use to be quilted ones available but not anymore. Collections is the only place where they are reasonably price. I hope they bring more selections back soon.
