Like all the other recent reviews, I think this is a scam website, no phone number to get in touch, ordered before Xmas, said dispatched next day but nothing after two weeks, no reply to my email chasing delivery, the shop app doesn't work and neither does the tracking option, very bad experience, will be reporting to bank and trading standards

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, this company is obviously a scam. Ordered before Christmas, money was taken and no delivery. I have tried to contact by email and Facebook message with no luck. There was a slight hint of warning as there is no tracking reference or indication of delivery company, but this is after you have made payment. I hope other people read the reviews and stop ordering.

I concur with a number of recent reviewers. Zero, even negative, stars should be an option. I ordered 2 crates to be delivered for Christmas presents. They did not arrive and there will not even be the consolation of their arrival for New Year. No response to emails, the only contact option. I am hoping for my money back but not holding my breathe.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered and paid for a Christmas gift on 19 December which still hasn't arrived. Got my order shipped notification and same as other reviewers, I had to download the Shop app to track my order. No tracking number has been provided. No contact number for speaking to anyone and my e-mails have not been responded too.

Unfortunately think this is a scam. Just like recent reviews I’ve had no response from them and no tracking number.

Absolutely gutted as I spent a lot of money and not really sure how to get it back.

Placed an order beginning December friend has not received. I have no tracking number, told me to download app called “Shop” which didn’t work. Have emailed on 3 occasions and had no response. I would urge people to stay clear. I will now be having to seek recompense through my credit card company.

Don’t use, please read recent reviews, avoid this company - don’t use debit card.

Ordered got email stating it was shipped with no tracking even when using the Shop App no tracking, emailed a number of times with no response.

Luckily I paid via PayPal and dispute raised with them to get my money back.

Ordered on 12 Dec. No product delivered. No answers to my emails. Received 'confirmation' that it's been posted over a week ago but no tracking or delivery info provided. Think this might be a scam.

Christmas ruined for colleagues - ordered 2 crates - only one delivered - cannot get in touch with anyone - have sent emails, have used X (Twitter) have sent messages on their FB page and but no response - have taken my money (its not cheap) but no-one replies and today is the last day everyone is in the office - this company needs to have a rethink about their communication options - I'm very disappointed and on my last working day has caused me nothing but stress stress and more stress - and will have a very disappointed work colleague with no present for christmas!!!

Shocking service. Ordered 3 weeks ago and paid for. Emailed 3 times and no reply. Still no package. Would not recommend at all as unable to contact in any way other than email.

Such good packaging and came quickly

I ordered a kit for a Xmas present but didn’t get an order confirmation email. I’ve now emailed twice and have had no reply.

I’m getting emails to review them on trust pilot but no idea If the order is going to turn up no other way to contact them except on email.

Worried this is now a scam.

Initially, I received only two out of seven crates that I ordered and didn't receive responses to my emails for five days. However, Chris contacted me and arranged for the missing crates to be sent which after a lot of chasing by Chris, I'm very pleased to say that they arrived this afternoon. I'm delighted with the crates and am happy with the way CC reacted to my predicament in the end but the lack of contact phone number/ability to talk to someone directly didn't help.

I've been asked to leave a review and the time hasn't even arrived it's been ages and I paid priority shipping missed my husbands birthday not happy :(

Fantastic product, value for money and excellent customer service.

Unfortunately crate came to my address not who I was gfting it to. Totally my mistake but sent messages to 3 different emails on site to try and rectify this but no one got back to me to say it could not be changed (later found this info on site myself). As crate did come to my address I was able to open and look before sending on to person it was meant for. The can of coconut milk had a big dent in it. This could not have been done in transit as packaging is so good. So someone had put this can in what I believed was a premium product and thought that was ok. Apart from dent in cam and lack of communication product is well presented.

I bought 3 different cocktail crates and only received 2 . I emailed support and received no reply . The 2 crates I received I am very happy with but sadly cannot leave good feedback for a company that does not reply to polite emails informing them of their mistake . I would not recommend and will not use in the future .

Not received my item after a week. No dispatch email..no repsonse to my emails or social media messages. Guess I'll be getting in touch with my bank to get the money back as this company appears to be a scam
