Cocktail Crates Arvostelua 

The delivery address I specified was different to the one that was placed on the label. The address it went to was a mixture of the person I wanted it sent to and my home address which meant it could not be delivered, and was sent back to the sender. I emailed the company to ask how I could get it redelivered but have had no reply.

Order received quickly and well protected. It hasn't been opened yet as its a birthday gift but we've had one before and it was excellent.

Loved these cocktail crates, they were a birthday gift so haven't been used yet.
Well packaged, very nicely presented,really well thought out.
I thought a good price.

Amazingly quick delivery! Totally exceeded my expectations! Ordered Thursday afternoon and delivered on Friday morning!!! Sent as a gift not heard yet if they enjoyed their birthday cocktails.

Ok product and good packaging, but delivery is an issue. They claim to offer “express delivery”, but in practice they only dispatched 2 days later. Tried to email them (there’s no phone number to call), but no response to the email. Product arrived 5 days later.

I won’t use them again if it’s for a time-sensitive present - there are lots of good alternatives

I bought the pina colada set for a 30th birthday present and my friends daughter was delighted!
It all looks fab within the presentation box and I am sure it will taste great too!

I bought a cocktail crate subscription as a present for the in laws, with the plan to cancel it after 3 months. The December box arrived without issue, and was such a cool gift. The February box arrived without issue. But the January box never arrived and since I never received a Royal Mail tracking email for this one (unlike the others), I assume that Cocktail Crates never even sent it.
I emailed Cocktail Crates several weeks ago, and again this week (as well as trying to contact them on multiple social medias), to get a refund or even an explanation of this, but have heard nothing, which seems to be a running theme based on the reviews here.
As much as I would love to recommend them, as the product we did receive was great, I cannot in good conscience, knowing they may not provide the product but still take your money. Shame on them.

Ordered as a gift, was impressed with the packaging for delivery. Once opened the “crate” itself was very well presented. Prompt delivery, frequent notifications about dispatch/delivery. Would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Immediately after putting up this review (coincidence im sure) I had am email saying i would be credited with a refund for the missing items, this was processed in a reasonable amount of time with it being xmas/new year. Then on xmas when the 2 that arrived as presents were opened both kits had an item missing. Obviously just far too busy for what they can handle, no checking before delivering orders, just sending things out if pretty much right and customer service is non existent

ORIGINAL REVIEW The product is great and as expected, however i dont think anyone actually works for this company. The order confirmed/shipped emails are generic, they say you can 'track your order' on the shop app which is just a lie. No one responds to emails at all even with giving you an email address to reply to rather than the one emails come from. I had a order confirmed email then order shipped email. Express delivery is 1-2 days 3 days later i get an email from royal mail saying they have just recieved my order, 3 days after it was apparently shipped. When my order arrived it contained 2 of the 6 sets i had actually ordered even though my generic order shipped email said everything was on its way. The shop app they think I can track my order with still says its all ready to be shipped. I have sent 4 emails now, first chasing the order, then informing of the missing items then with regards to refunds (twice) with no response at all, they cant even be arsed to set up an auto reply saying sorry we're busy we'll get back yo you when we can. Shouldve read all reviews properly but didn. The owners are either just lazy or chancers either way dont give them your money

We were really looking forward to receiving this parcel from Cocktail Crates, and good news (first), is that it is well worth the money. Absolutely great. The box it comes in looks good, it was wrapped in a bubble-wrap bag and packed in a cardboard box. Couldn't be happier now it's here. As for the bad news, well you cannot phone them at all and emails are not just not answered. From the moment we placed the order to the day we found it left behind our wheelie bin in the pouring rain (thanks Royal Mail), we had no communications from Cocktail Crates to give us a clue as to when our order would be dispatched. We got really concerned we had lost our money and there was nothing we could do about it and nobody we could speak to for reassurance. That said however, if you can deal with wondering if you paid good money for nothing and if you don't mind waiting for an unknown amount of time for delivery, then the parcel (ours arrived within a week) is definitely worth getting and I'm sure whoever you are buying it for will be delighted.

The Dirty Martini Kit we bought as a gift was hugely appreciated and described as "really cool!!!!" by the recipient. However, after receiving the order confirmation, we received no more communication from Cocktail Crates at all. We weren't told that it had been dispatched, or that it was on its way, or that delivery was expected. These days, this kind of information is standard from sellers so I'm surprised we received nothing from Cocktail Crates. As the gift needed to arrive by a certain date, we were worried it wouldn't arrive on time. I emailed CC using the address on the website but received no reply. After reading other reviews on here, I thought that it may be a scam so we ordered a similar gift from elsewhere to make sure that something would be received, even though it would be late. Well, surprise surprise, Royal Mail then sent an email saying they were delivering the gift that day then another email confirming they had delivered the gift. So it did end well but the lack of communication from CC caused anxiety and meant we spent money on a second gift from elsewhere.

Packaged and great selection of drinks to chose from. Only thing I’d say is can you put outside of box which one it as as had to fully open all three to work out which was which
