Straight forward to book - accommodation looks great

Booking process was simple and efficient through the website.

I have not received my confirmation email with details of my booking.

We were not happy with our first booking but the team were really helpful and changed our booking swiftly ! Emails were sent promptly and all instructions were very clear. Any queries I had were responded to efficiently.
The booking process was easy .

I have booked with Coastal Cottages before but this is the first time I’ve booked on line.
I found the website easy to follow and the confirmation response was immediate.

The website was clear and easy to use.
The reason for the score of 3 was that I've still not received a confirmation email yet

It was so easy to book. Telephone conversations were informative and pleasant. Very impressed with service.

All easy and good , had confirmation of booking ,but later had a message saying my preferred booking was still available and to hurry to book it. Seemed there was a computer hitch and it was quickly amended .

Excellent range of cottages/houses across the area. I could find no fault with the service - the company is fully recommended.

Cottage was bright and clean & well supplied with equipment and linen and towels

Everything was straight forward and contact from you was good and frequent.

Last minute booking, great service questions answered and easy check-in out. Thankyou very much we had a lovely time.

No problems with the booking process. I found it a little concerning that a couple of hours after receiving a confirmation email, I then received one saying 'we're saved your cottage selection', encouraging me to go ahead and book it, when I had already done so,

Great website and really easy to book. I sent a message about a cottage and they got back to me very promptly.

Angela's reply that we should wash the bedding was treated with derision.

My second e-mail to her was unanswered. We had to make do with no suitable cleaning equipment to leave the apartment as we found it.

Good afternoon Angela,

We have been renting holiday properties for over 30 years: two weeks in Spring, three weeks in Summer and two weeks in Autumn. We like to keep the property clean and tidy, laving it as we find it, in some rare occasions, cleaner.

This may be difficult in The Cabin. We still can't use the vacuum cleaner and the floor mop has no.sponge head.

Also, there is a set of instructions to ensure the shower remains mould free. The final instruction is to "Use the mould and mildew spray provided. Wash off after". The spray is not available and, if it was, there is no squeegee with which to remove it.

Please ask the caretaker to remedy these deficiencies, so that, as in the past, we can leave the property as we found it.

Thank you for your email, normally unless previously requested you would not receive a change of bed linen, the same for the Towels, as a self catering property you can use the Washing machine at the property to wash the Items, please could we ask that you don't use the items under the bed as they are placed there for storage only, the caretaker has her routine for doing the changeovers at the property.

We will speak to the caretaker about the vacuum cleaner head, she may have taken it with her.

Coastal Cottages were very helpful when booking our cottage. The booking process was simple and the location was excellent. The cottage itself was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed it so much we’ve rebooked for next year!

Ease of booking and information of the property was excellent but still waiting for an answer on a upright chair for my 88 year old mother otherwise it would have been a 5

Comfortable and well equipped cottage in stunning location right next to the lovely bay at Abereiddy. The cottage had everything we needed and it was really cosy with the log burner going on the chilly evenings. Really nice outside space as well.
