Fantastic property and great location

Apartment was lovely. Just as described. Very close to town centre. Had everything we needed. No noise. Easy to book and reasonably priced. Parking was the only downside. No onside parking which meant we had to use public car park which is only a few minutes away but it is expensive. Overall it was a great place to stay

Loved the location of the apartment, with a side balcony overlooking the Whitby township and beach. Not in the heart of the tourist section but easily walkable. Also links to buses to visit other nearby areas such as Robin Hood Bay and further were within walking distance. Apartment had everything we needed and environment was bright sunny and clean, including a great welcome pack.

The house was roomy and had the facilities we needed though the dishwasher was not working. The house has a garden at the back which we used regularly. The house is ideally situated for travelling on days out.

Lovely place to stay ,spacious clean and tidy,go facilities, hallway vould do with some work but good place to relax

Lovely location, beautiful site, in easy reach of everything and could be amazing. Cleanliness lets it down along with response. Freezer was very mouldy and needed defrosting. Curtains had food all over them along with dining chairs. Furniture was not exactly cared for and after paying a £90 cleaning fee this is unacceptable. Finger marks were not removed and on trying to resolve just got a reply offering nothing in recompense. It could be amazing but someone is letting them down. On a plus side linen and bathrooms were clean.

Very poor customer service when contacting them for a simple request, completely unhelpful and dismissive. I would not use this company again. Also property was very overpriced considering. WiFi was not working as advertised either, Internet dead zone.

Great location. Everything was & looked great apart from a couple of small niggles. Mugs could do with replacing as they're quite crazed inside.
Also both bathroom sinks did not run hot water, even though we left them running for quite a while. Key lock box was quite difficult to get in to. Apart from that our stay was great!

A lovely place to stay and so quiet.
Everything was just what was needed for a weekend stay.
Public transport was great with just a short walk away.

A great cottage in Seahouses very comfortable and spotlessly clean .

Would definitely stay here again .

The flat was adorable and clean, and the thoughtful little gifts made it even greater. The self-service check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. We rang Host & Stay with a question and they answered very quickly. Lovely experience overall, we'd definitely stay with them again.

The apartment was great the location was perfect the parking was great everything was excellent would really recommend the place to anyone that wants to be near everything thanks Charlie

House was immaculate , had everything required , one minute walk too main street, private parking fantastic , will be back.

The accommodation is modern, well equipped & spotlessly clean. Location is very handy for the centre of Whitby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The accommodation was outstanding and had everything we could possibly need or want. My husband and I and our two friends had a lovely time.

The accommodation was extremely clean and very well appointed. Beds were comfortable, rooms a good size, kitchen was spacious and modern and had all the necessary appliances etc. Sitting room and snug were very comfortable and homely. Outside space with garden furniture was a bonus on our first day as it was warm, dry and sunny and we were able to sit out for a little while with a glass of wine.

The accommodation was a short walk from shops, bars and restaurants and Hexham is a charming town We would definitely return in the future.

Very nice clean apartment, comfortable beds, great towels and linens. Good location , car park very small though but we do have a large t6 vw!
We would certainly stay here again
