Coal Drop exceeded my expectations
Coal Drop exceeded my expectations. They changed my delivery time when my circumstances altered. The delivery was brought by a local driver before I started work. I am very grateful he reversed down our drive so we didn't have to transport the sacks too far. Thank you Coal Drop.

All ended well but the delivery chap was saddled with a machine that struggled to move the one ton load.
Supply him with a bigger and more powerful machine.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad everything was resolved in the end, but we’re sorry the delivery equipment made things more difficult than they should have been. Unfortunately, we at Coal-Drop, have no control over the delivery equipment or the driver used on the day as these are governed by The Pallet Network, whom fulfil the fuel deliveries on our behalf. I am however very pleased that the part of the service you received that was within our control was positive and successful. Your feedback is genuinely valuable and helps us improve — thank you for your patience.
Good service
Good service, happy with the products. Well wrapped which was handy as they had to be left outside on a rainy day. The combo pallet is perfect for what we need as well so saved money not overbuying.
