Coal Drop`s excellent customer service
Coal Drop have an excellent customer communication service they rang me up about 20 mins after i placed the online order saying the order could be delivered in 3 days or i could choose my own delivery date. This was a welcome change as with some other coal suppliers ive had to chase them up to find out the delivery date. The order arrived safely on the day they quoted and was neatly stacked on a pallet with a water proof cover. So the price was best i could find ,customer service was excellent and delivery was as they quoted.I shall definitely shop again at Coal Drop when the time comes.
