I ordered the SodaStream Quick-Connect Cylinder Refilling Adapter after consulting the CO2 Supermarket website, which has lots of useful information. The adapter arrived swiftly and works very well. It isn’t cheap but well-made and I wouldn’t be confident using any of the cheaper options advertised on Amazon or eBay.

Having already purchased a full co2 system from this company which has impressed me in both quality and functionality I went back to them to upgrade to an atomiser. Unfortunately the atomiser leaked when installed i contacted Martin who was incredibly helpful and replaced the faulty part without question fantastic service will definitely use this company again.

Product was ordered on the Sunday and was received on the Tuesday. Excellent service. Received an email on the Monday with links to the Company’s website to instructions how to set it all up. Again this was appreciated.
Product itself was of a very good quality and looks very professional.
Had a minor problem in that the diffuser would not work, the co2 kept blowing out of where tubing connected to it and nothing out of the diffuser itself.
A search online suggested this was not uncommon and to just leave the diffuser to soak overnight in the tank and next morning all was good.
Perhaps this should be added to the instructions for the diffuser to prevent this happening to other people.
All in all I highly recommend this product.

I wouldn't normally give feedback like this as I appreciate issues can occur and that resolving such things can require time or a process to work through.

In this case I have decided to do so after an exchange over the last couple of days. I ordered a co2 regulator with solenoid a while ago, and after only a couple of weeks of use, the solenoid has stopped functioning. As a result I have had to micromanage and adjust things to ensure the safety of the animals in my aquarium. I have previous experience with solenoids and was able to try and troubleshoot myself to no avail with some less than ideal tools.

I got in touch and was prompted to do some things that I had already tried, and when I informed the customer service rep that I had done so they arranged for a new piston to be sent. I personally think that a replacement piece of equipment would provide a better experience but that isn't really an issue for me beyond the specific need for me to grab a new wrench to perform the replacement.

A relatively short while later the part arrived. Due to a mixup with the size of the tool I ordered and some other things going on I wasn't able to switch this straight away, but on doing so a couple of weeks later I discovered that the issue was not resolved, so I got back in touch to register my disappointment and move forward with fixing the issue.

The response from the rep was quite rude noting that I hadn't responded for a few weeks. I responded to give a little context as to why, and their reply was questioning why I needed to get more equipment to perform the fix they had provided.

I don't see how that is relevant to the issue at hand. I have paid for a product, the product has failed within a few weeks and that in itself is something I would hope is resolved apologetically. The cause of delays to my attempts to fix this are hardly a reason to continue pushing back, especially in the confrontational way the exchange has gone. I just don't want to continue wasting CO2 and having to micromanage a system that I have charged their product with automating.

The next solution appears to be that I will need to return the faulty valve so they can send a replacement, for further time without a functional product that I have paid for. However, I can't confirm whether I will have to go for a few days without a valve as the chat has been closed down while the team are away for a few days.

I don't expect employees or businesses to be always on, but the lack of urgency in resolving this is getting to be very frustrating now. I do accept that part of that was due to things that I had control over, but in my opinion a more proactive process to fix this would have been appreciated if the team were aware they were going to be unavailable. The approach has been very disappointing.

My past dealings with CO2 Supermarket have been fine so I didn't want to score one star, but the final exchanges over this problem have really knocked my confidence in using them moving forward.

After deciding to install a CO2 system in a newly fully planted aquarium and researching various options I decided to order the Nano system from co2supermarket. The order was placed on-line at the weekend and the kit received well packed in the following week as advised by email.
Instructions for assembling and setting up the kit was readily available on their website and clear to follow.
After only a week of use there is a visible improvement in the condition of the plants which seem to be growing rapidly. Very pleased with the system and have now ordered an adapter to connect to a sodastream co2 cylinder.

I have used CO2 Supermarket for several years now. My most recent contact with them was last week. Customer service/back up/after sales advice is excellent. This makes it very difficult to go elsewhere and I would certainly recommend them.
