Club Canary Tours Arvostelua 

Hello,
I booked a sunset cruise with Club Canary on the September 2. It was a special day for me because I asked my girlfriend to marry me. I ran into some little snags but they went out of their way to make this day as perfect as possible. A spécial thanks to Kerry for all her help. Definitely would recommend.

Really big thanks to Sophien, she was really helpfull through my problem. Everything was easy and fast.

Booked private turtle snorkelling tour in tenereife with hotel pickup with VIBE DIVE. Told day before pickup was no longer available and had to meet at an address they sent me by WhatsApp. Not impressed but got taxi to address given at cost of €28. No one at address so telephoned guide to be told address was wrong and had to meet on beach 42 minutes walk away, good job I was an hour early. Was suppose to have English speaking guide and private boat and tour guide so could give 1 on1 help and more info. Got on boat and drove out to spot, got wetsuit and flippers on and got in water as instructed only for 1 flipper to almost fall off foot, I was pinching flipper with toes and boat was drifting away. Trying to explain to guide that flipper had come off but she didn’t understand, I had to swim back to boat that was drifting further away with 1 foot trying to grip other flipper. Finally made it back to boat and managed to get flipper back on. The hen put snorkel in mouth and everytime tried to look under water got mouthful of water, took over 5 minutes to get guide to understand snorkel would not seal and to get another that fitted my mouth. Then floated round for about 30 minutes looking for turtles but none to be seen which I understand that they are wild animals but the place we was taken to was a rocky outcrop with not a single bit of seaweed or anything that would attract the sea turtle so not convinced taken to right place. Then your finished so had to get back into boat, at this time it was explained that get back into the boat which was a rib type boat that I had to paddle with flippers and captain would pull me in, thought strange but got in boat with a struggle. Then my wife’s turn, captain tried and could not pull her in so I had to help( I suffer from serious back problems and take morphine every day but couldn’t leave my wife on water) finally on 3rd attempt finally got her in boat by literally dragging her in, she bruised all her upper arm and breast from getting dragged over the side and rope line that was there, I suffered the rest of our holiday and struggled to do much the rest of the week as back was so painful from having to help( saw pictures following day of same captain with ladder on side of boat as people were getting out of water). The private tour included a free video and photos of the tour, other than the photo's of us on the jetty and on boat on way out, all those taken in water and video were taken from so far away it could have been anyone, all ones you see on there Facebook page they have under water shots of people looking at camera and waving and some form of interaction but our guide just got in water and went for her own swim and left us to get in with it, only interaction was to tell us it was time to get back into boat, not 1ob1 info or help. Website said high chance of seeing turtles, plus told by guide on way to boat that was perfect conditions and very unlikely to not see turtle, but when you look at there Facebook page where they put all your photos, only one turtle seen in the last few weeks, so please don’t believe it when they say it’s very rare they don’t see turtle, in fact it’s very rare and highly unlikely to see one, and 1on1 tuition and guide doesn’t mean they have any interaction with you once in the sea

Incredible customer service from Dulce.
I made mistakes in my booking & she had no problem sorting the booking out.
We booked the Musical Hall Theatre Drag Show for 20 May so will review when we have seen it.
Would highly recommend this company for trips. Will definately use them again

This is a pre-review just to acknowledge the outstanding customer service I received from the extraordinary agent "Dulce". We will be in Tenerife in July and we booked with them "Helicopter tour - Jet ski - parasailing - siam park vip tickets and loro parque tickets".

Dulce has been nothing but fantastic so far and I will leave another review once we've used all the other services. Thanks Dulce, love from me and my wife <3

Expected more from what I got guaranteed... smashed up quads.. which struggled to start,.. drove around wasteland for 1 1/2 hours...,not good 4/10 at best

We booked a private charter on the opera 60 in Tenerife and we cannot recommend enough!
Booking process was easy and I had great communication with their agent Susanna. She was efficient and answered all my queries quickly.
The boat was amazing, really spacious even with 12 of us on board. Shabby, the crewman, and our captain were brilliant! They really looked after us and were very friendly.
Food served on board was delicious, and there was plenty of drinks to go around. We even saw lots of dolphins and whales.
Absolutely no complaints, we only wish we had more time on board :)

Got a slot with them for parascending on a short notice but unfortunately because of the bad weather the activity couldn't happen. I just dropped them a message to return the money and they acted swiftly. This shows how much they value their customer. I will go to Tenerife again for sure as we still have some unfinished business for the activities and I will surely book via them. They are quick to reply on whatsapp so super happy with them. This is how customer service should be provided.

I booked on the White Striker for a game fishing trip with a colleague. I have no tishing experience whereas my colleague has been fishing since he was a boy. Sadly, he did not get to fish. The captain and his mate just baited hooks for the group in the stern of the boat and told them to watch the lines and alert them if there was a bite. Big disappointment for the fishermen in our group who asked to be allowed to fish. Then, when there was a bite they called a member of the group in the bow to come and land the fish. it was a weird experinnce - game fishing but no fishing. This is an honest review from a travel writer who paid for the experience in the hope of getting a good story - I did not as I was never offered the opportunity to actually try game fishing. Such a shame.
You say it is nothing to do with you so how come I have an e-ticket with Club Canary on it? I would be happy to email this to you if you let me have your email address.

I visited Tenerife with a couple of my friends a month ago and in Tenerife water activities are a must! So we decided to look for websites that offered them and after a bit of searching we found Club Canary. We went paragliding, fishing, surfing and much more with them. We had so much fun there that we decided to stay for a bit more.

I booked the Sunset Cruise from this website for my daughter's birthday and she loved it. It was really easy to book and they provided me with great customer service. Had a really memorable day thanks to them. Would definitely recommend!

I booked a boat trip today and the girl who helped be book it Cristina was amazing and very helpful.

Wow! The family and I had a blast. I rented a 4 door UTV Razor. The Razor was an updated model and clean. When I arrived at Club Canary this morning, the UTV, paperwork and maps was waiting on me and ready to go. I spoke with Maria on the phone a couple times before meeting in person. I can say every interaction I had was pleasant. It's unfortunate the company has had a few low ratings. I can't imagine anyone having problems with this Rental Company.

I booked a lot of trips and excursions through their website during my time in Tenerife and was very satisfied by the services they offered. Everything was easy to book and they were very responsive and answered all my questions. I'll be coming back soon and would definitely book trips through their website again.

My family and I booked numerous trips through club canary including a buggy ride, stargazing trip, renting a private catamaran and visiting La Palma. All the trips were pretty great and to be honest it saved us money and time both. Everything was prepared for us in advance and the staff was also really cooperative throughout our Trip. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere at the teide and the views of the sky and la Gomera, the fresh tapas menu and the explanation of the guide Ben were all amazing.

Also special thanks to Dora, who put a lot of effort in making a unique experience for my proposal.

We had an amazing trip with club canary! We booked a trip to watch some dolphins and wales. The staff on board, especially Thomas was so friendly. We felt very save and had the best trip ever. We would definitly recommend club canary! Thank u for everything!

My visit to Tenerife was amazing because of Club Canary. My family and I enjoyed whale watching tours as well as paragliding. Everything was managed perfectly by the staff and booking was also easy.

We were worried we wouldn't be able to book the jetski safari with only one day in advance but the staff replied immediately to our questions via WhatsApp and within a few minutes our experience was booked. It's our 2nd experience with club canary and we definitely recommend it.
