My purpose for this buy was to be able to put my helmet into my bag during the day. But also to have a solution that is safe and tested.
I found the perfect option with Closca. Plus.. it looks good too!

Bottle quality’s and support interaction
I have a Closca bottle for over 5 years now (obe of the first ones) and it is holding up perfectly. Recently I dropped the bottle and broke the bottom cap. The thing is, the caps from the website are for the second iteration of the bottle and did not fit.
Here is where the support came in and was more than helpful! I have got new caps and was in contact with the support the whole time. Amazing experience, totally recommend

Der Rückgabeprozess gestaltet sich äußerst frustrierend. Auf meine Anfragen an das Unternehmen erhalte ich keine Antwort, und es scheint, als würde ich auf dem erworbenen Fahrradhelm sitzen bleiben. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, dort überhaupt etwas zu bestellen.

Brauchte neue Visiere. Der Kundendienst war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und ich habe die Visiere schnell und problemlos erhalten . Nun sieht mein Helm wieder wie neu aus.

Great customer service
Had an issue with the helmet after a year of use but Closca immediately replaced it even though I originally bought it through Amazon and not their own website - great customer service!

Gran casco y buen servicio al cliente
Ya llevo unos meses usando el casco plegable y es genial. Varios compañeros de trabajo me han preguntado por él interesados.
Y el servicio al cliente muy rápido y atento, tuve un problema con una botella y lo solucionaron rápido.

J'ai reçu le casque pliable Closca Helmet Loop dans le délai prévu.
Le casque s'adapte parfaitement à ma tête... je n'ai plus qu'à rouler "chic confortable et en toute sécurité", et à l'arrivée, je le plie pour le glisser dans mon sac.

The perfect combination of safety and style!
The helmet is safe, super handy to store it in my bag when I get off my bike and so stylish! Many people compliment me and ask where I have the helmet from.
This is already my second Closca Helmet :-) I have one at my place and one at my boyfriend's place. I even bought a matching bottle with the second helmet ;)

Buen servicio de atención al cliente
Debido a una confusión con las tallas en pulgadas, que están erradas en la página de internet, compré una talla más grande. Closca me lo cambio por la talla correcta sin ningún problema (aunque tuve que pagar el envío de retorno del casco grande).
En general satisfecha con el servicio y la pronta respuesta. Aunque aún deben corregir el tallaje en la página de internet.
