Inget svar på mail när jag undrar var mina beställda varor är. Har fått ordernummer och pengar har dragits från kort. Söker på deras site med ordernummer och något sådant ordernummer finns inte. Mailar igen utan att få svar. Ser ut som att Clinique tagit mina pengar.

Uppdatering: Support har hört av sig. Pengarna inte längre dragna från kontot. Bra jobbat!!

En de link op het antwoord komt niet aan (wederom alles op papier moeten zetten), kan niet bezorgd worden. Uiteindelijk na 2 nieuwe contactmomenten komt de klantenservice tot de conclusie dat er een fout is gemaakt en dat ik het geld over 14 dagen terug mag verwachten... need I say more

I had an experience with some confusion about the shipping for my order. I placed an order and after the noted expected delivery time had run out I called and was told they would overnight ship it, that never happened. then the next agent told me they can't ship to canada. Then when I asked to speak to a manager they refused, called back and they refused again, then just said we have no stock we'll refund the order. Not the greatest customer service at call center but my order was eventually made right.

Je mets 1 étoile car il n'est pas possible de mettre moins.
Pour une marque de renommée mondiale, le service après-vente est inexistant et lorsque l'on arrive à avoir quelqu'un au téléphone il est médiocre.
Deux commandes de plus d'une centaine d'euros passées sur leur site internet fin septembre, pour lesquelles j'ai effectué des retours en respectant soigneusement leurs conditions de retour. Nous sommes le 2 Décembre, et je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé malgré :
- la réception des bordereaux de retour le 02/10/24 créés depuis le site internet
- les suivis colissimo me confirmant que les colis ont bien été déposés
- les confirmations par mail de clinique que mes 2 colis ont été reçus et que je devrais recevoir mes remboursements sous 7 jours.
Leur réponse aujourd'hui le 2 Décembre : "Nous n'avons aucune trace de vos retours car vous n'avez pas contacté le service client".
C'est inadmissible d'être traité ainsi car il n'y a pas de service client c'est du pur mensonge et cela n'est nullement indiqué sur leur site internet.
Nous avons droit à un vulgaire service IA sur WhatsApp qui nous informe que nous seront recontacté dans les plus brefs délais....délais que j'attends toujours !
Dernier tentative avant que je ne fasse une mise en demeure.

De website die je moet contacteren is al een heel aantal maanden niet meer in gebruik !!

Clinique in John Lewis, Westfield, Stratford: The lady's name was Ilky. She could not do enough for me. I explained I did not want foundation, I just wanted a corrector for dark circles that did not sit in my lines, and that I could not find the shade for me. I was so happy with her service, I got a lipstick and blusher too. Mature skin is difficult, and Ilky made it a breeze. Thank you.

I just returned a set of Aromatics Elixir which cost me $134.00 because it does not even resemble the fragrance I have worn for52 years. I am devastated. It’s my signature fragrance.

Fatto un ordine per 6 prodotti, arriva una scatola con due prodotti in meno, quelli di maggior prezzo oltretutto. All'interno della scatola nessuna distinta dei prodotti. Ho provato a chiamare e mi è stato detto che prodotti non arrivati non erano disponibili e che quindi mi avrebbero fatto un rimborso in un paio di settimane. Quando ho fatto l'ordine il prodotto era disponibile. Ora vediamo quando arriva il rimborso. Poco seri. Avrebbero potuto inviare una mail avvisando loro per la mancanza del prodotto e magari scusandosi dell'accaduto. In tutto questo devo ancora ricevere la mail che attesta l'emissione del rimborso. Passato un giorno mi è arrivata mail di scuse in cui si dice che è stato disposto il rimborso. Resta comunque il fatto che se si acquista sul sito le disponibilità devono essere aggiornate, non è corretto far pagare per dei prodotti che non ci sono.

Aanvankelijk dacht ik ook dat ik de bestelde artikelen niet geleverd zou krijgen, maar heb alles keurig in huis! Heeft iets langer geduurd, maar het was druk ivm de actie op dat moment.

Never sent my order. They printed a shipping label but never packed my order, never gave my order to UPS. UPS does not have possession of my order but all Clinique will tell me is to take it up with them. What can ups do? They were never given the shipment period. But Clinique insists they will not send replacement. They will not refund. They will do nothing. My order sits at the distribution facility in Kentucky and hasn't budged past " label created ". Which means the issue is clearly cliniques fault. I've had to take it up with my credit card company to try and do a charge back. Customer service was superbly unhelpful. Poor English and also taking with other customers at the same time and took forever to be told that once ups has possession of my package I'll get delivery. They cannot say why ups doesn't have it. Because they haven't shipped it. Lost a customer of 30 years.

This site is a scam. Dont pay them a cent. I paid extra for fast delivery and when I checked my account the order has vanished and my account doesn't exist. It is a scam!! There customer care site is rigged to go in loops, you phone and they recommend whatsapp, then you what's app and they recommend, the website, then the website recommends phoning. You never get helped. And you never get what you paid for.

Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst maar kreeg geen bevestigingsmail. Ik heb het opnieuw geprobeerd, dezelfde fout. Het bedrag is wel 2x van mijn rekening. Ik ben nu al 3d bezig om contact te krijgen via de chat, WhatsApp en telefonisch. Een drama, je geraakt er niet binnen en op de chat en WhatsApp reageren ze niet.
Nooit bestel ik nog via hun website, grote reclame maken met prachtige kortingen en een service van 0,0...nee van zo'n groot merk verwacht ik meer...

Ho fatto il mio ordine sul sito di Clinique usufruendo di uno sconto del 30% e in maniera inaspettata mi é arrivata in dotazione una piccola pochette con la loro famossima crema moisture surge, una piccola maschera e il contorno occhi. Inoltre mi hanno dato ulteriore sconto del 30%.
Adoro i loro prodotti e li ho sempre presi in negozio ma vale la pena comprare anche sul loro sito.
Fanno anche delle porchette che sono perfette come regalo di Natale/ compleanno 🎁

Ik heb onlangs een bestelling geplaatst op clinique website.

Normaal koop ik hun producten bij de douglas, maar vanwege de lopende korting ben ik toch maar rechtstreeks via hun website gaan bestellen.

Ik heb betaald en ik heb geen bevestigingsmail ontvangen. De chatroom via hun website werkt niet. Op whatsapp reageren ze niet.

Ik voel me opgelicht. En dat verwacht je niet van zo een website/merk.

Ik zou graag zo spoedig mogelijk eindelijk een antwoord ontvangen.

Initially, I was disappointed with their response, where they informed me that MyOrigines is not associated with Estée Lauder Companies and directed me to contact the seller directly. This response felt dismissive, especially given the circumstances surrounding the defective product.

Following their suggestion, I reached out to Clinique via the email they provided ( consumercare-socagcc.clinique.com), hoping for a more supportive reply. Instead, I received a generic response from Elizabeta confirming once again that MyOrigines is not associated with their company and reiterating that they cannot assist with my issue. This response was clearly a copy-and-paste reply, failing to address the specific concerns I raised in my original message.

While Clinique states on Trustpilot that customer satisfaction is important and that they would like to help, their actual responses to customer inquiries reveal a different story. The inconsistency between their Trustpilot message and the customer service replies raises questions about the effectiveness of their customer support.

Clinique's responses appear disingenuous and lack accountability, as they seem to prioritize deflecting responsibility rather than addressing the legitimate issues I brought to their attention. Under UK consumer law, customers are entitled to satisfactory support when faced with faulty products, and I expected better from a brand of this stature.

It is disheartening to see a company like Clinique respond in such a two-faced manner, pretending to offer assistance while providing the same boilerplate response without considering my specific situation. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service.

I visited Boots chemist in Covent Garden. As I wanted to buy some Clinique products Unfortunately that didn't happen.I waited over 15 minutes and despite trying to get the attention of the sales associate to ask how long I'd needed wait.I was blatantly ignored. The same thing happened today at Clinique,Stratford Westfields. Maybe some customer service training would be beneficial to the staff located in these sites. Clinique would then be making more sales and rather than loosing them.

Hier geweest voor behandeling die ik graag wou. Met plezier alles ondergaan en ook fijn behandeld.
Dus een aan te raden als je echt iets voor jezelf wilt veranderen.
