I put a $26 dollar item in the cart. I qualify for a free item among several. It keeps charging for the free item. I give up. Good products, lousy online store. Most of the reviews say that, too. You'd think they would do something. Instead, just a robot response.

I ordered your product twice, the first time I ordered, I got my money back because the product never arrived and then second time I ordered , I never received the order again.
I reached out to customer service and that they would send it through express delivery and only got a few samples instead of everything I ordered. I’ve waited for more than 3 weeks and customer service is absolutely usless and unprofessional. I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer care and satisfaction.
I would not recommend this to anyone, save your money.

I placed an order june 6,2023 and have had a terrible experience with shipping via ontrac with order not being delivered but delayed and then returned then reshipped via ups but only partially even though my email said so and second part of order reshipment ended up being delivered via ontrac but I received no email telling me so so i missed the delivery and by the time i found out wondering wth the rest of my order was and tracked it it had been stolen from my mail room because all the while i was expecting a ups delivery as they said and they emailed tracking for ups but it kept saying no info they decided to change delivery carrier on me without notification uggghhh so i called and they reshipped again this time i had to pick up at ups and pay a $5 holding fee uggghhh and it was missing two items! I called and they said my reshipment had been processed with the two missing items which were two free full sizes per their recent summer promotion i had to spend a $100 to get and when i picked up from ups the box was not taped and was a different type of box unlike the previous taped one i picked up from ups but the items I did receive were wrapped in tissue paper and taped with the Clinique sticker as per the usual and incidentally the box wouldn’t have fit the missing free full size items it was too small of a box. They told me they’d reship the missing items via ups and id get an email. Im still waiting for email to track the shipment they told me it would take up to two days to receive. Fingers crossed i get email by tomorrow and wont have to call AGAIN. Its now june 26th and its been 20 days since i placed my order all of which i still do not have.

I don't know if it's my body or this cosmetics. But I had allergic reactions on my body and wouldn't use it one more time

Beautiful products, delivered very quickly. I also received free samples with my order. I just wish they would make black honey pop blush available in Belgium!

Joke talking to customer service agent on chat cut me off at 6pm must have been her time to finish. Order still missing my wife has used Clinique and Estée Lauder products for over 12 years you just lost a loyal customer joke. Why do they use evri for delivery.
I have edited this up to a 4 due to service I have received from telephone customer service. I can raise to 5 because of your choice of carrier. Evri.

Love the products - but hate their customer service!

I hat a problem with missing items in me order. I reached out, in different mails and chat- but they don’t reply back!!!

J'ai commandé en ligne et je n'ai jamais recu mon produit alors que colissimo me met que c'est livré. Je fais donc une réclamation à la poste et j'envoi le numéro de réclamation au service client de clinique.
Je reçois une réponse me notifiant que je vais être remboursé.
Depuis le 18 octobre 2022 j'attends mon remboursement, plus aucune réponse du service client par email et impossible de les joindre au téléphone ils ne répondent jamais.
Depuis le 18 octobre 2022 j'attends mon remboursement imaginaire. Nous sommes le 03 mai 2023!!! C'est honteux pour information mon numéro de dossier est CASE 07037621. J'ai toutes les preuves des emails.
Je vais déposer plainte contre eux.

Superpower double face makeup is perfect for me. I am Mexican with medium fair beige skin . I bought the 10 matte medium m-g . It is perfect I just use the powder over moisturizer. Not a cake look just a simple natural finish. No scent to the product, compact comes with a sponge pad and mirror to the case. 37$ with a free gift at this time . Price is responsible. I'd prefer it to be less $ of course.

Service client fantomatique, le site est une grosse arnaque qui vous promet des "récompenses fidélité" que vous ne recevez jamais ! J'ai 490 points fidélité, je peux bénéficier de plusieurs cadeaux depuis déjà des mois, le cadeau est indiqué comme "choisi", mais ne s'applique jamais au panier ! J'ai signalé plusieurs fois le problème, mais le service client ne fait rien, à part promettre de "faire remonter le problème", ce qui n'est jamais fait ! N'importe quel autre site aurait déjà proposé une autre solution au problème (de choisir par exemple tous mes cadeaux qu'ils enverraient par un colis séparé ou d'ajouter eux-mêmes manuellement tous mes cadeaux à l'une des commandes en cours) ou bien corrigé leur soit disant "bug" ! Mais eux, ils ne font strictement rien pour corriger leur erreur !
P.S.- la soit disant "réponse" à mon commentaire est également fausse, ce n'est qu'un bot automatique ! L'adresse email indiquée ci-dessous n'est pas prélevée ! Depuis le 15 avril, ils n'ont pas répondu à ma demande.
P.S.-BON, J'AI DU NOUVEAU)) Le 9 mai ils m'ont promis de traiter ma demande EN PRIORITÉ pour régler le "problème technique" (et non, ils ne peuvent pas intervenir de leur côté pour rajouter le cadeau au panier, ni me l'envoyer tout court en tant que geste commercial....). Ma demande a été, effectivement, traitée, ils ont trouvé la meilleure des solutions : ils m'ont annulé mes presque 500 points de fidélité (=~4 produits offerts) ! BRAVO, CLINIQUE !!!! Standing ovation)))

Been trying to get Aromatics Eluxir body cream why was it discontinued? Is it possible if will come back in production?

It's 2023, and it's disappointing to see brands are still animal testing! I've only recently found this information out, and I'm disgusted! Although I've loved this brand for years I simply cannot support it any longer. Do better Clinique!!!

I have tried to contact Clinique without success via their 'live' chat. What a waste of time. I was kept waiting whilst someone was allegedly typing until I eventually gave up. Their rewards system is not worth having. I am meant to be a genius member although I do not seem to benefit from any of the supposed perks

Always order online from Clinique and my orders come fast. I have been using Clinique since I was 20 I use anti gravity eye cream and moisture surge and think that’s why my skin looks so good. Other brand just don’t compare

I am a dedicated Clarins client and desperately needed to top up on items but also wanted to try a new tone of foundation. At Brent Cross in John Lewis again no clarins rep, other reps don’t want to know. Same at Boots - no rep no help even when you could find somebody who wasn’t chatting to colleagues or on their phone. Last stop was Fenwicks. Same story, no clarins rep BUT a lovely girl from Cilinique came over. She went to get a key to open the drawers, found what I needed. She also gave me a little sample of another shade AND some Clinique products. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was so accommodating and it was refreshing to find somebody who actually understands the meaning of customer service and actually offers it. I am now going to try Clinique so Clarins is losing a customer of many years standing.

When you find something that works you have literaly no excuses to love it, that's how I feel with my clinique skin care and make up. My loving product, the Take the day off makeup remover for lids, lashes and lips, basically the holy grail after a full day of makeup.

I was served by Allister at Boots in Bracknell. Allister took the time to match me up with foundation and he was patient and very polite and nothing is to much trouble for him. I wont go anywhere else. Allister is a credit to Clinique. Thank you so much for all your help Allister.

Ordered two products on the 26.01.23, dispatched date was 30.01.23. Delivered 2.2.23 so total of 8 days. I used normal delivery which is normally 3 to 5 days. 8 days is a very, very long time which is off putting to me. It wasn't a delivery issue, it was a Clinique issue, as it took them 5 days to send it off. My emails don't lie.

I had discount due to first order, I was also able to select some freebies, which I love as I am scared to try new products on my face. The freebies weren't these stupid packet samples, they were a good size, which for me, really helps.

They let you select safe place to leave items, as they understand people work, so this is good as well.

I am happy with my order, my products etc. Minus 1 star due to timeframe. Sort it out please.

Thank you for your reply. I don't feel I need to email as I am satisfied with order. Just the delivery time frame I think needs to be sorted.

Ordered a £65 gift set in January to be delivered by EVRi, it was dispatched by Clinique but was never delivered, tracking proved this. Once again EVRi is 100% failing to deliver and parcels are being blatantly stolen! WHY are you using this courier knowing their practice of highway robbery as reported in the news, your company must be losing ££millions so STOP using them. I'm never buying again from sellers who use EVRi despite loving Clinique products. Give your loyal customers a choice of which courier they wish to take a chance with. I received my refund promptly from you after ringing customer services and speaking to a very nice call handler so thanks you for that at least.
UPDATE 31/01/23: Email sent in response to their email request of wanting to 'help'.... still no reply! What's the point in wasting people's time pretending they care about their customers, it's just a computer generated email response for this site to make them look good. However, they do still send numerous emails to me every day advertising their products!

No communication. Blame the customer. Offer a refund, which will take 2 weeks!!!!! Did anyone get their 50% off their order or was I scammed? And dont tell me to contact anyone else. When I asked for a supervisor I was told we have to sort the problem which clearly 5 different people couldn't!!!
