Our sincere apologies that your order took two weeks to be received by you. We do always look to have order delivered within a few days of an order being made. We of course will look into ways that this des not happen again.

Thanks for your suggestion to help me save!!

I appreciated that after I indicated the specific ink colors I needed, you gave me a better available deal idea which gave me the colors needed plus - which gave me more ink for less money! Thanks for giving me that choice!

Unhappy

I am sorry to say we received the incorrect product & I'm still trying to correct it. your rep Constantin has been extremely helpful (he gets 5 stars) but I am still waiting for the correct toner, (2) Pantum TL-410X. my order #XP03674, the packing list has the correct p/n but what we received was GT410X that is not compatible.

Fast Delivery, Good Packing

Delivery was much faster than I expected, and the toner cartridge I ordered was well packaged. Price was *very* good (especially compared to the original at retail) but I have yet to determine how well it performs.
