Very easy to find products online

Very easy to find products online. Extremely awesome selection, click inks has anything you would need for any printer. Very good prices and fast delivery. I use click inks for all my printing supplies

Very quick response to my email.

I wasn't sure if I'd ordered the correct ink for my printer. My husband usually orders the inks, but he sadly died. So I emailed Clickinks to ask them to make sure I ordered the correct ones. THey responded almost immediately that they were looking at my order and less than a day later reported that I HAD bought the correct ones! This gave me good peace of mind. Thank you

Working with Clicklinks.com went well.

Clickinks.com sent me a set of printer ink cartridges that were just what I wanted. Their order form was easy to use and I had no problems with ordering the right thing.The order was shipped quickly and the price was good. Bryan Ivlow

Ordered 4 ink cartridges - got ONE - no refund in sight

Ordered 4 ink cartridges, all listed as "in stock" on the website. After 7 days, and 3 emails, I finally received tracking info. Upon notification of delivery, my package arrived with ONE cartridge, not the 4 I ordered (and PAID for up front BEFORE shipping). Upon notifying the company that I received only 25% of my order (the other items "became unexpectedly out of stock"), I was notified that I would not be refunded for at least 7-10 days as their "finance team is currently very occupied". This has been, top to bottom, an awful and un-trustworthy experience.
